1 star is an understatement. Parade st has extremely poor communication regarding your pet while they are in their care. Not to mention completely “ forgetting” to call back with test results and ignoring the phone. My fur baby died in my arms. A common health concern turned into a death. I wouldn’t recommend you bring your pet rock here.

It is best to go to Parade St. Animal Hospital in person to book appointments because they rarely answer their phone or return messages. No reply to emails.

Service is terrible. The vet we dealt with had no compassion and didn't seem to care about our pet. We recently switched to a new veterinary office and receive MUCH better care. Would never bring my pets here again.

First and foremost thank you so much for everything you have done for our boys and everyone else on your clients list on a daily and nightly basis. You truly care about our pets and it shows.
Had it not been for Dr. Coldwell and Parade Street Animal Hospital we would still be trying to figure out what was wrong with Trooper. Sadly, we had to say our final goodbyes and Dr. Bain and her assistant that night was excellent. So caring and you could see the pain they were experiencing along with us on that dreaded night.
I highly recommend your clinic to anybody needing a good vet and clinic. This is the real deal.a vet clinic and staff with the best vets who truly care.

This is one of the best places. They have our beloved dog there right now and they are taking such great care of him! I highly recommend this place to everyone! Dr. Caldwell and Dr. Blinn are absolutely amazing veterinarians!

I was visiting NS from MB with my cocker spaniel. They fix us in right away. The prices were very reasonable the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Sandy Clark was wonderful.

We drive over 2 hours roundtrip to yarmouth to take our dogs cats and rabbits here. We have a vets in our town and one we pass along the way. Parade St. Vets is a beautiful animal hospital. They are one of the best!
The staff is often smiling, laughing and treating your pets with care and professionalism.
It is a bustling place but always efficient.
Their staff has great ease and knowledge with rabbits from picking them up and holding them to physicals and nail clipping.
Appointments are on time and the time is well used. The building is great and always seems clean and fresh.
Although all of the staff we have dealt with have been wonderful we also met Diane a week or 2 ago and she is such a sweetheart and so good with rabbits!

Nice clean place and very friendly staff Brought my puppies there and they helped carry them in and played with all of them as they did their work
