Would have rates below 1 star. Such a worst management. Tracy has very bad management skill, doesn't know how to talk, such a racist person.

An amazing place to call home. From the day we moved in as a family of four from the UK nearly two years ago, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel we never left home.
The building is safe, secure, clean and has all the amenities you could think of.
It's also central to all that living in downtown Halifax has to offer.

The staff are always there and more like family than staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Josephine, Katelyn and Logan, always with a smile and a hello make you feel like you wouldn't be anywhere else and are always there at the other end of the phone or when we pop down to see them in the office.

Now with the addition of Stacey Bauer as the building manager who is a phenomenal lady. She listens to any concerns you may have as though they were her own and does not rest until she has resolved them.

No building is without minor issues, I have to be honest, but Stacey is on a crusade to make Park Victoria the best it can be and despite only being in the role a short time she has made incredible efforts in anything she see's that might even cause the residents the slightest of concern.

She is reassuring to the residents and a true inspiration to her team and has just made Park Victoria an even better place to call home.

Our family wouldn't be anywhere else!

Live here before for about 10 years. Good location and when I left, Logan helped me a lot and provided me a lot suggestions. He's so nice and the best one I meet in the apartment office.

According to my opinions, it the bestand best place to live than others apartment It is in the down town.every facilities are available near this building to go anywhere by buses. Every nos.of buses available, the matter of mices, cocroches and others problems by, due to the people transfering each other and food stuffings there.i liked this building near the Dalhousie university for the students ‍helping to live here. The green Park named Victoria in front of the building to pass spare time also.

Here I was looking for an apartment to have a lease of and Arjun Sharma was very helpful in the process of leasing an apartment here. Overall, I was satisfied with the process.

The worst place I ever lived, mice and bugs never ended, tenants do whatever they want and management don’t seems to care, police is there often and I could bet they are paying for fake reviews for what I read.

Perfect location. Management is always striving to improve services and the infrastructure. Very prompt to respond to service requests.

I have moved to this facility newly and it's a vary good community. Arjun Sharma from the leasing is very friendly and is a gem in helping. He helped me in all ways to adjust and feel comfortable when I moved in.

Should be a 0 this place is cockroach infested and disgusting. The lack of transparency is terrible. The whole building is infested and that’s enough for it to need to shut down especially for the price.

Our ceiling has been leaking every time the person above our apartment showers for almost 2 months, we have called in service requests that have either gotten cancelled or someone would come look, do nothing and check it as complete. Now there is mold growing all over our ceiling and it is heavily effecting our health at this point. We cannot get ahold of anyone to help.

Awful place. Filled up with cockroaches and mice. Staff are not helpful. Moving there from Ontario was a mistake.

Worst management services. At great location to live but regardless- worst services as compared to any other building managers. All most no security in basement - multiple cases of broken car windows & doors. No on site building care taker - over holidays or sundays so if something goes down the drain - locked doors or power issue in the apartment- wait until Monday. Weirdly they know most international students live here due to the bud stops in the area so the staff downstairs- mistreat then verbally considering they are internationals. My roomate has been through this multiple times. But there was a time when this place used to be great

Cockroaches are seen everywhere in the apartment, staff had scheduled the treatment. However, the treatment is inefficient even after 2 - 3 services. I hope they do better to get rid of cockroaches.

Moreover the new staff, I hope they escalate the issue to senior management

Good location and reasonable price. Cockroaches are frequently seen in the kitchen and washroom whatever how much cleaning work have been done. The staff are busy but friendly and usually helpful.

Very Bad management, actions taken are very late and apartment full of roaches (even after 3 treatments). Regular water problem.

Other issues were fine, but we can never be happy with roaches, mice and bedbugs in our sweet home. The staff was helpful but it's not easy to get rid of them once they settled in the building.

Park victoria apartments was my for over a period of 3 years. One of the oldest building in the locality and is at the core of Downtown Halifax. The biggest plus of this apartment is its location. Since its is close to the university, many students stay here and they share the apartment. Eventually, most of the units in the apartment are poorly maintained. I've had mice issues in every unit I have visited.

Have always had issues with the laundry rooms. Even though they have laundry rooms in every floor, the dryers seldom work. They are improving and renovating now but I don't think it is enough yet.

Other issues were fine, but we can never be happy with roaches, mice and bedbugs in our sweet home. The staff was helpful but it's not easy to get rid of them once they settled in the building.

I am a new tenant here. Wanted some information. I will say the management is amazing and experience with Arjun Sharma was one of the best and very much satisfactory. Thankful for the help and looking forward for such an amazing conversation with Arjun again.

Had a wonderful experience living here. Management is starting to really work hard in making the apartments better. Make sure to ask for Arjun Sharma, he's been wonderful in helping me.

Great renovations going on. Units are well-maintained. There's a lot to work on but they are headed in the right direction. Management is quick to answer service requests

The management of this building is really good. Especially ARJUN SHARMA really helped us to clear out all doubts and he made leasing process very smooth!

The management is awesome. Arjun Sharma handled all my lease related and other requests. Everything went really smooth. My visits to the office were minimal as expected.

Park Victoria is a good apartment overall besides the fact that there are some rats around if kept unclean! I really appreciate Arjun Sharma's customer service. He is very kind, patient and responds promptly. He is available all the time to offer help! I would highly recommend this apartment and special thanks to Arjun for fixing problems at ease!

Iam staying here since 2019. It was a great experience
living here in park victoria. Arjun sharma was very supportive and helpfull whenever we have issues in our unit. His support during the pandemic was much appreciated and i beileve its great having that kind of of person in management.

I lived there for almost two and a half years. The apartment was the nicest one bedroom. The bedroom was big. Dining room and living room was together and big also. The balcony was really nice with nice view. I never had a bed bug or any other bug problem when I lived there. The owner at the time was very nice. Very helpful staff. Great apartment, great area close to DAL, SMU.

Ive been staying in this apartment for 3 years now. It is a pretty great and convenient apartment. Capreit staff Arjun sharma and Josephine weekes are great and were really helpful in resolving any issues. 10/10 would recommend.

Mr Arjun Sharma, is one of the nicest management person available in the building always there to help and feel free to ask him about anything he get things done right on time. Highly recommend people to connect with him for any help regarding leasing and management issues.

The management is very quick in addressing issues when a service request is submitted through online portal. Today I have contacted the office to make some changes in my lease and Arjun was really friendly, very helpful, and made the whole process very easy.

We went to management office. Arjun and Mathew were very friendly. Had great experience with taking over the lease. Service was outstanding. We got our lease transferred in one day.

Arjun Sharma, was the man at service, he was very official and he did my work in no time and was very fast. I was very happy with all help.

Park Vic is a great and safe place to live. The management is very friendly and helpful. They're always fast to respond with the needs. All thanks to Matthew Clissold for the smooth lease process. And also a big thanks to the team of Park Vic (Gordon, Chris & Arjun). The process of renting is very smooth. Also not the forget the view is fantastic from the balcony of my apartment (19th floor). I'm glad that I chose to stay at this property.

I really appreciate the time and help provided by Mr. Arjun Sharma. We did not face any obstacles in obtaining the lease and got our approvals in due time. Further, valuable advice provided by sir has been of great help to me personally as well as professionally.

Worst service, management is worst no sense and very rude, worst apartments please never rent this place, it is hell!

A perfect location in Halifax for sure. Though an older building the company is working hard at upgrades. New flooring in apartments, stainless steel appliances, upgrading the 4 elevators (just 1 more to go). I have also heard rumors they are working to replace (remove) carpets in the hallways and update the ventilation system. The staff here have been very accommodating; we are starting our 3rd year here in this building. Bugs? Yes, there was. Apparently it is a downtown Halifax thing, but as of today it seems to be very well controlled. This is a lovely city and this is a fine place to stay (it would help if some tenants were cleaner themselves). I have had experience with other landlords around Nova Scotia (and elsewhere) and trust me, this company is definitely one of the more decent and reliable landlords out there

Staff don't enforce COVID-19 policies and sometimes don't even wear masks themselves. Other buildings in the city send warnings for violations of their mask policy in common areas - meanwhile, the staff here have directly said to me they "don't care".

Park victoria is a great place, it has a great view, location, and great staff. It has indoor parking, service elevators, and much more I recommend this to new people to Halifax or Canada.

Gordon and his team of staff have been nothing but AMAZING to me over the past 4 years I was living here! Jordon, Melissa, Stephanie, everyone really has always treated me with respect and have always gone above and beyond for me!

I am so sad to be leaving them and my beautiful view however I am needed at home so it’s farewell for now but would 100% rent here again! Thank you so much Park Vic team I’m going to miss you!

High up floor facing east is the only good thing about this place, nice view. Otherwise, elevators are always broke down and smells typically and management is honestly the worst I have ever experienced. 9 months in, thoughts remain the same. Leaving shortly.

I am living here from last two months. I experienced that there are lot of cockroaches and ants on kitchen shelves and cupboards. Sometimes I found cockroaches in washroom and in my room closet. I moved here with great expectations and my all expectations turned into night mare for me.

Worst apartment I have never seen in my life. Don’t give your deposit back with all different reasons. Office don’t pay responsibility and don’t care anything about you. I give 0 star for them. Your deposit is the only thing they care about.
