Awful customer service, ignorant and lazy, suddenly do not back their warranties. This place has gone downhill bigtime.very unhappy with PartSource halifax, parts are low budget junk.never again.back to napa it is.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Cheapest parts in metro. I’d give 6/5 if I could.

Stripped my wheel stud on a Saturday. Most mechanics are booked up and no stores had the parts. I came to PartSource and Rodell got me good to go in under 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and high level of detail. Thank you

Your website is saying open till 2 PM and I drove all the way here it’s not even 1: 30 yet and you guys are closed. Not good.
