Great staff. Went to purchase 2 items and they only had one that was blocked in by a trailer infront of the storage door and the rep took to the phone to call Porters Lake that had 2 of the items and asked them to hold for us. She even went on her personal cell to show us the way to get there, very kind indeed.

Tried this store out as it is close to my home but have been spoiled by the big box stores for variety of stocked items. One person did ask if she could help, as I was leaving the store. Good luck to you.

I hope to never enter this store ever again I'm not mad at the serive they were nice but the smell everytime I come in is always worse then before this visit it smelled like bad body odor but I figured it's hot so alot of people are likely coming in sweaty so I paid no mine today it was so bad it smelt like someone vomited orange just and pissed in like 10 diapers them left it in the corner of the store to rot it been half an hour now and that smell still burns and is in my nose.please clean your store its Disgusting

Went in looking for an item, went to the contractors desk to see where it was 2 people there, neither one could take the time to show me the location they just pointed to an isle.
There was only one other customer in the store.
I found if my self and at the checkout I mentioned customer service could be better and the girl went nuts. The other girl asked if they were suppose to hold my hand.
This is after I just spent over a grand there today. No wonder we go to Homedepot.

Go place to shop you get lots.of help from the employees finding what you are looking they have a good variety of stuff to look through

My purchase was done on line and as promised it was delivered to the store and a day earlier. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I will return.

Just picked up 75 pieces of 1×4 strapping in the yard 4 young people working there and not 1 of them would help out

Needed propane and my tank was half full, I like they weighed my tank to only charge was was needed to fill for my BBQ.

Had success here for a railing bracket when other places didn't. Some didn't even know what a railing bracket was. I've always had luck finding anything I needed.

Do not deal with Scott at the contractor desk. He has no idea how to cut keys. Cut me 10 keys 3 work.
He was also very rude & impatient.
I would recommend he goes to front cash.

Went into this little store to pick up a few items for my home, was served by a woman named Kelli? She smelled like an ashtray I think in retail you should be more presentable. Also not much for product

Have been coming to this location for 1 year, everytime I ask for aeroplan the cashier has to call someone else and it becomes a big deal.everytime!
Poor selection, few sales, people are nice.

Love this place. Staff are always friendly and spend the time to help you find what you're looking for (like a gasket to fix a plumbing leak). If they don't have it they order it for you.

Great sized home hardware with lots of selection and inventory, unlike the previous store at this location.

Wonderful customer service. We needed a generator and they were patient with us, answered all of out questions and helped load the vehicle. When out model was out of stock the found it at another location and held it for us fir pick up. That service, is why I prefer them over the understaffed big box store thst simply direct you to their website.

I really try to like this little store. They usually don't have what I need but I was hoping now that it is a payzants it would be better.no luck so far.

Using your own staff to leave positive reviews is pretty low. Employees need better training to offer good service

Great staff, excellent selection of items. I went for exterior paint and the guy working the paint desk was super helpful. He got me the right paint for the job.

I have always been a fan of Home Hardware and now happy to have one near my home. Many of the Benchmark tools I bought 35 years ago are still in use. The staff is friendly and helpful. This seems like a well run store. Welcome to Cole Harbour!

The store has a fresh new look and feel. I had multiple employees who were pleasant and helpful. I asked the attendants in the yard multiple questions about insulation and they even took a half an hour to make sure they could meet my needs as much as possible. They could have gotten frustrated with me but they stayed on task the entire time and sent me off with a smile. I'll be back.

Saw some rude manager (Kelli?) like berate an employee in front of me last week.really shows how they treat their staff.

I was in yesterday, looking for a toilet. I was also browsing, since it was a new location. There must have been about a dozen staff, with a least 3 young ladies at the cash. I spent about 15 minutes looking around and not once was I acknowledged by anyone, not a hi, or welcome to our new location.definitely will not return.
It was very disappointing since it's in the neighborhood.
