Staff are awesome. I had lots of questions and each person helped with what I needed as well as lifting and lugging. Order desk was awesome getting what I needed ordered. Highly recommend them.

Wouldn't exchange a set of pruning shears that broke after 2 weeks of use. We've spent 100s of dollars here over the 3 months since we moved in nearby. Better off going to Rona or Canadian Tire in Elmsdale for this kind of stuff.

Would any day go to this place instead of big box hardware shops. Members working their really know their stuff unlike members at big box stores which are just cashiers. Don't get me wrong but this is your friendly neighborhood DIY store. Now off course since it's near your place and more of a showroom instead of a warehouse hence their inventory would not be very big and may be expensive. But when you want DIY stuff - you are looking for small inventory but creative and suggestive employees (working members) which is always available.

It's a hardware store. The wife wanted her cabinets painted. I went they had the paint. I picked up some supplies.
Now, because they had everything I needed, I have to do the job.
In all fairness It's a good local store close by. It usually has what I walk through the door for. If not it arrives within a couple of days.

Interior Staffing is lacklustre at best whilst their yard staff has little to no experience with the products they sell, go to rona for professionals or go to Payzants for an experience equivalent to having your 10 month old son attempt to design your house

Great service, friendly staff, one of the best prices in the area for propane tank fill, and you get full weight tanks.

I went to home hardware to get some tinted paint. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The paint I wanted was also on sale, bonus! I was in and out in under twenty minutes with my new shaken paints and some extra supplies.

Excellent spot for whatever project you might be working on. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Hearts of gold and so knowledgable. Great selection of things. Very impressed!

We wanted grey paint for our newly renovated bathroom. We selected what looked like grey on the swatch from a different store. It was not grey. We took our left over paint to Enfield and Elaine saved us! She knows her stuff! Because there was no recovery code to fix the color, she put her 37+ years experience to work. I call it " The 51st Shade of Grey. " Thanks again, Elaine!

Super friendly and don't be fooled by the small front facade. This place is huge inside and more plumbing supplies than most bigger box stores.

No customer service at all. 15 minutes in the store some location looking for oak floor joints. No one come to help. When to cashier to pay for the quarter round I needed. The guy didnt say hi how are you did you found everything that you were looking for nothing until after he running everything in he said my total and then said "Man that stuff expensive" my reply back was " would have been more if someone would of help me" he didnt say anything I walked out.
I feel we are forgetting about customer service!
