Peggy's Cove Gift Shop

The restaurant is a complete tourist trap. The food is not good and the service was just ok. They get a lot of customers because literal busloads of tourists get dropped off here, but the food here is not worth it. The lobster soup, which is supposed to be one of their best dishes, was mediocre and served lukewarm. The amount you get is very small (it looks like a normal portion in the picture because the bowl is wide but very flat), and it was overpriced.

I regret going here instead of to one of the other restaurants that were just a little further away from the Peggy's Cove lighthouse.

This is a cute gift shop when visiting Peggy’s cove. I’ve gotten a few items and the cost was pretty reasonable, because I wouldn’t know where else to find similar ones. They have keychains, magnets, mugs, lighthouse decorations, shirts, etc.a variety of things! Definitely check it out if you are in the area!

Drove down from Halifax to Peggy's Cove. Enjoyed climbing the rocks and taking lots of pictures - so beautiful and picturesque. So famous that we expected a mob scene, but wasn't really that crowded - lots of space to spread out.
