I recently upgraded my wedding band in December, one that I was eyeing up for almost a year! Jason thank you for alway accommodating my multiple visits over the months and reaching out when it went on extra percent off.
The staff at this location are the best and all work together to deliver good costumer service.
Jason you are truly amazing inside and out thank you so much not just for the customer service but for always putting a smile on my face.
I recommend the Halifax shopping centre location to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

After going to every other jewelry store in the mall, we had by far the best experience at this store. Judy was great at listening and understanding right away what we wanted and we never felt any pressure to buy. We had some issues with our order getting cancelled but Bev called us right away to offer assistance before we even had a chance to check our e-mail, so we never even felt stressed. Her and Colleen were incredibly kind and patient while they helped us with our order issues (which turned out to be an issue with our card and not Peoples). So many of the negative reviews on here are about the quality of the jewelry and not this specific store itself. The staff here don't make the jewelry, nor can they change the company's policies.so don't let those reviews scare you away! We are so happy with our experience and would recommend this store to anyone, especially people like us who feel a bit shy walking into fancy jewelry stores!

Once they have your money they don’t care about you anymore, rude customer service, go somewhere else for your expensive purchase you’ll be thankful
