It was awesome we were able to bath our dog it was great, they supplied the shampoo, towels, blow dryer.
Then he saw Heather to get his nails done.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had no problem we can not wait to bring him back.

Terrible experience - I drove 40 minutes each way from Annapolis Royal to pick up dog food that I had been told would be “set aside in the back with my name on it. ” When I arrived I was served by a teenaged employee who looked in the back and various places around the store and said “it’s not here and has probably been sold. ” She was not particularly interested in looking for my order nor in apologizing for the mixup which was solely their responsibility.upon checking out I said “do you understand how frustrating it is to drive 40 minutes each way only to find that our order is not here? ” She hesitated as though she didn’t know what to say, smirked, and said “yes, have a nice day” as though she was making light of my situation. No apology, not dog food, just a waste of time and an unpleasant experience. I won’t shop here again.

I called your store tonight and was told "open till 9 pm". I drive through a blizzard to get rabbit food, and get here at 7: 50 pm. Store is all locked up. An hour to drive home and a hungry bunny. Thanks a lot. I would have just driven to Yarmouth store, if I knew you couldn't be relied on. Two thumbs down.

Caveat about Ultra Performatrim cat food.
It took 4 cats from having hair to having glossy, luxuriant FUR.

Very very negative atmosphere here today, bathed my dog and had to buy more shampoo which was no problem. But girl at the till was quite condescending But really cold and unwelcoming, don't know what their problem was today but I can spend my money up the valley that's fine

Good place to get pet supplies, haven't been there in awhile though.i wouldn't go there for anything that you can get at any other store though, i remember it being kinda expensive

It's difficult to find our dogs Merrick lamb and sweet potato. This outlet mostly has it in stock. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Staying open late is a huge bonus!
