Great customer service from Zackary at that store, certainly went above and beyond looking for a product.

I love Pet Valu, and this store has great products, but have shopped here 3 times and have complained about the loud music each time. It's so loud that I couldn't hear the staff. The last 2 times have asked them to turn the music down, but now it's the same loud level when going into the store. Is there an emoloyee who loves loud country music? So inappropriate for a store. I don't think that I can continue to shop here.

Great, local small business. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Self serve dog wash bay is a great service. A bit low on such last time I was in though in line with any other store in the area since COVID struck the supply chains. They make up for it though with great sales and coupons. I'm happy to give them my business rather than the giant big box stores.
