We really only get cat food and litter from here, but they are the only company locally that carries the specific brand we want. Always pleasant staff and my kids love viewing the animals.

This pet smart is awesome the staff was helpful and they were well stocked. The dog obedience training is also a great help with a new pup.

It's good to get some supplies here. However I find some of the staff to be a little difficult. I was looking for a cat tower and instead of letting me order one or checking if they had one in storage in a box, the worker said I could just buy the display model, which, might I add, was bent and leaning to the side. I'm sure if I let my cats on it, it would break.
Secondly, my wife always wants to look at the fish and we are always consistently disappointed with the level of care. We have seen, a full size, half eaten dead goldfish, we saw a fish who was missing the lower half of its mouth and was not swimming very well. And we saw multiple fish with swim bladder issues, which you can tell by how they swim.
PetSmart has a wide variety of food for pets and toys but I personally think their animal care and some poor staff, drops them down to a 3/5.

Friendly helpful staff made our purchase of a second gerbil and supplies a pleasant experience.

Horrible experience with this Petsmart location as they wrongfully accused us of providing a falsified veterinary vaccine certification. Dog was vaccinated by a local vet and can be verified as accurate but the staff refused to call and verify. We have been a loyal Petsmart customer for over ten years and never been treated like this before. Our young puppy will have to suffer with an overgrown coat during the hot summer months. This is animal cruelty. Petsmart staff are not qualified to override a veterinary vaccination certificate, but they’re qualified enough to make your pet suffer by refusing to groom them because they overbooked themselves! Shame on the management of this establishment, they should be reported to the franchiser for tarnishing the Petsmart brand.

We drove 1 hour to have our dog groomed at his booked appointment. It was the third time we went there as we really liked the groomer. We were called back before we left the store to be told they would not be doing his grooming because he is epileptic. This had been discussed at his first appointment plus they had his records from the Vet. It was not an issue until today. Apparently they booked 2 dogs at the same time and due to his condition could not take him. We offered to stay and wait until other dog finished but we’re told no. This was such poor service. We were also told we should not have booked on line, even though we had previously. Like it was our fault! Very condescending. Will never go back. Petsmart has definitely lost our business.

I show here for freshwater fish and aquarium supplies. The staff's knowledge far exceeded my expectations! They have made me a repeat customer. I look forward to many years of shopping here and am excited for anyway the store and staff will grow as a whole. 100% recommend PetSmart

It's a national chain, and holds up to those standards. Always clean, well stocked and predictably the same in a great way. Would I prefer to see reptiles cages removed from the end cap aisle displays near the front entry, yes I would.

Fairly limited selection of dog beds, leashes and treats given the size of the store. Staff friendly and offered to order items (we do not live close so this was not practical). Store is clean.

Love this petsmart location. Clean, and such friendly staff. Highly recommend their puppy training classes.

Huge selection of all things pets! Was amazed at the insane amount of options for supplies for our new puppy. And lots of knowledgeable staff on hand as well.

My fish died and they gave me new fish and helped me find out and fix the problem to why they died new fish have been doing great ever since.

I went in to purchase fish for my aquarium and dealt with the most disrespectful older customer service rep. I went to speak to manager of the store on two occasions regarding my correspondence with the woman and apparently the store doesn’t have a manager because they weren’t in either time. I had a gift card to use up, I used it and asked to remove me from their system, I won’t return

The store has lots of great products in stock and is neat and clean, but the older woman who works in grooming was rather rude and full of falsely exaggerated information.

Staff is super friendly. Able to find what I’m looking for and also able to see quantity available before I go! They are very fast at filling orders in at this location. I’m in love with the points system too!

And they have a cat that's about 6 or 7 years old that they are trying to get 250 dollars for, and it's just a tabby. WOW. Not that I want another cat, but they make it hard for people that would give that cat a good home to take it. Sad

We have had Roxie groomed at this location on a few occasions now. It may be the best grooming service we have had since DogEDen in Markham, ON. Terrific and committed staff. Rox has a heart issue, so they take special care. Her patience time out on a recent visit so the very nice manager (Tish) suggested we return. 5 star service.
