Nothing in pet care is "cheap" but at Pet Smart I have always had terrific service, lots to choose from and help from the staff to find what I am looking for.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. My cat has crystals, and I was really concerned because he is a picky eater. I was really stressed and upset, and they were so supportive and genuinely compassionate for my situation. They shared their experiences with me and showed me that what I was dealing with was manageable with the right dietary food and lots of water.

You can tell that the team working there really have a passion for animals and are willing to help in any way they can. They were able to give me every brand they carried of the wet food for urinary health and told me that the unopened ones I could bring back for a refund.

I was relieved leaving the store having more information than I had received from the vet, as well as being able to get both wet and dry food at a fraction of the cost of the veterinary food.

They are the only location I will go to for my cats' needs. They are supportive, friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate about giving our pets the best care possible.

Prices on some items may be a little more pricey than avenues - Amazon in particular for one, but for the shopping experience and staff on sote, 10/10 will continue to shop there.
