Dropped in to have car checked after bottoming out on rough road which left piece hanging and a terrible rattling noise. Fit us right in, fixed loose part and charged 10 dollars only for labour. Were very friendly and accommodating!

I really don't like leaving poor reviews, but I feel it's for the good of others to not just leave good ones.
I booked an appointment to see a truck that was advertised on Facebook. I called this past Friday and was told that no one was around until Monday, so set the appointment I specifically mentioned I was at least 2 hrs away and would rather see it over the weekend.
I confirmed before setting off Monday that I was coming and they confirmed.
Lo and behold, I receive a message when I'm getting there that the truck wasn't there and later that someone had sold it over the weekend. Supposedly it was being sold on consignment.
Now I know if I ever get a response from this review that they'll say it wasn't their fault and the owner picked it up and sold it. Well, that's not good enough. If you take something on consignment in my opinion you're responsible for handling the transaction fairly, since it was advertised under their business' name.
So, I spent 5 hrs of driving and about $200 for gas money. Of course, I was given the old 'sorry' if that just magically makes things alright. Well, I'm 'sorry' for having to leave a 1-star review, but there weren't zero stars available.

Good service. Conscientious, you can rely on Robert and Cyndy to do a good job. Highly recommend.

They know their stuff! Also, they fix up used cars and sell them. Come check them out! They can even price some decent tires for you.
