Pettis Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

Took care of the shower he was there to fix, but also took care of a leaky faucet that needed attention without scheduling a second call. Everything done to my satisfaction, and cleaned up as he went.

Very happy with the service. Very professional gentleman handled our pump replacement with efficiency.

For years, I never really had anything negative to say, but over the last few years I find I’ve been having more and more issues. Calling for service and never hearing back, employees unplugged my deep freeze and I only noticed 3-4 days later (about half a day away from losing all my food), leaving stains on my floor from boots with rusty water on them. Not sure what’s happening, but I think it may be time to find a new plumping business for me.

Called with an emergency sewer back up in house. Called several people no one could come out for a least a weekend. Called them they sent someone out that day. Fixed it up asap. Awesome technicians polite did a great job and cleaned up the mess! Highly recommend!

Arrived at scheduled time. Very friendly and courteous. Very clean and wore boot covers. Diagnosed issue and provided exact cost and options with probable outcome and drawbacks. Repaired immediately. And even polished old cover that did not need replacing.

Booked for thursday, we will see how it goes! Seams good so far. UPDATE: it is now the new year. These guys are the best! Thank you noah for fixing my issues always the same day! Good prices and they even came to rescue my new kitten who scared herself into a super scary secret door in my basement! The cat would not come out and was in there for two days. They came and rescured her! I am so impressed! They don't call them the pet friendly plumber for no reason! Thank you so much Jaenice! And all at pettis plumbing!

I am going to repeat myself as wee have used Pettis Plumbing for many years.
We have always been pleased with the results of their work and the attitudes of the employees. Trust in extremely important to us and we trust and rely on them.they have yet to disappoint us.

The toilet was clogged. Tried everything. They found it clogged at an elbow. Dam kids put things down toilet that should not. How do I make kids pay for this. Lol

Fantastic service! They called me the morning of the appointment to confirm, wanted to review the issue so they would be prepared with product/tools etc. Once onsite they kept me updated with the issue/fix, technician was prompt with repair as she had the work done within a timely manner. I will defiantly use Pettis Plumbing for future plumbing issues.

Called them and they never returned my call my son had service from them and it was very expensive charged for things they didn't do

All my dealings with Pettit Plumbing have been positive, some very expensive projects but the service was the same for a simple project.

Amazing customer service starting with Charlie (sorry if it's spelled wrong). She had us penciled in the very same day. She called us when the Tech was on his way. The Tech arrives and immediately got to work. Man of few words, but he replaced our pump and subsequently a broken toilet within 4hrs. Professional company all around. Thanks all!

Jenaice was great! I had a water treatment system installed. She explained everything she was doing, what needed to be done, was very professional. Explained products that were best to use for the system, maintenance of the system. Would highly recommend!

Service person Janaice was here this morning to service my water conditioner and replace the filters in my ro under sink system. She completed the work quickly and kept me informed as she worked on what was being done. She was very professional and personable and a great representative for Pettis Plum bling. I would welcome seeing her again next year.

I called at 7: 00 o'clock in the morning because my hot water heater had broken. They were extremely respectful and came out immediately at the end of the day upon my request. They showed up at 4: 00 PM after work, and completed the job promptly. Extremely professional job with very good results. The new tank looks great. It's my second water tank from them and it will not be my last.
