From the professional yet friendly treatment my dog and I received from the front office and technical staff to the thorough extensive detailed conversations I had with the veterinarian, my experience was excellent. I felt respected, appreciated, understood and supported. I felt they had my dog's and my best interests front-of-mind.

Staff so friendly and accommodating! Because of a medicine shortage, they helped me work with another vet clinic who had one bottle left. This gave me so much peace of mind. Great clinic!

My furbaby has been going here her whole life and she knows her doctor so well. I highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic to anyone they really do care for your furbabies!

My cattle dog / GSD mix had a sore leg for the past few months that got worse over the holidays, and I suspected she might need knee surgery. We met with Dr Tim - I was shocked to hear the surgery was necessary, and that it was so complicated. Gulp… we went ahead.

Pleased to say that Dr Tim has been amazing. Hazel’s pain was higher than expected but he returned my calls quickly and had been so so patient with all my concerns and questions. He also made sure I had what I needed to make her comfortable, including instructions to increase the meds and make sure she wasn’t in unnecessary pain.

Shout out to the staff as well! I’m a nervous mom and they have been patient, responsible and very organized in setting the whole thing up. Very impressed. Thanks to you all.

PetWorks is an extremely clean environment and also carries a variety of foods & toys for all your pet's needs. The staff is most friendly and makes you feel welcomed, dedicated to providing the best of care for your pets. Knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to ensure your pets' health. Dr. Rick Swimmer is awesome and makes you feel more at ease that your pet receives the best of care. I highly recommend this Vetinary Hospital where you can rest assured your pet is treated with the best of care.

PetWorks has amazing staff and provides much needed care to all types of family pets. My Tripod loves her pool and massage days.

We have dealt with PetWorks with past dogs who have all now passed on. We have a new member to our family from the SPCA and thought of no other vet than Dr. Nadine Trudeau from PetWorks. She is caring, thoughtful, thorough and explains everything! So thankful for her kindness to our "babies" over the years and to this newest addition.

Simply put. TERRIBLE. Can't get an appointment. Must be a terrible work environment. My Dr, who I've seen twice out of 12+ visits leaves for another clinic, they send me a note to essentially fire me as a customer.absolutely horrible. My recommendation, take you pet elsewhere

It's OK. Was at one time a toll notch 5-star clinic. Sadly, I have not experienced that level of service in a while. The Veterinarians themselves have been awesome; however that is only one part of the card and service

My little Siamese boy, Satomi, received the most caring, compassionate and professional care form PetWorks staff and Vet (Dr. Rick), with updates and detailed follow up (including a call the next morning). I could not ask for better care! Thank you, PetWorks!

We have been going to PetWorks for over 15 years and have always been very happy with the service and care provided by the excellent staff. Dr Nadine has provided both our dogs, Micca and Manny with excellent care. When it was time for Micca to move-on, Dr Nadine and her staff provided our family with special care and support. My pet had a regular check up and annual needles. Dr. Jane and the whole team are always attentive. They ask and listen to concerns, engage with the owner and pet. They accommodate that my pet does not like to be on the table and will work with that. They know her and work around her sensitivities, answering questions and providing advice and support.
Much appreciation for the care and support in keeping my pet well.

Pet Works is a very caring veterinary clinic. Dr. Nadine is so very kind. All of the staff are friendly and offer the best for their patients and families.

PetWorks is always helpful and willing to answer any questions we may have, over the phone or in person. They are very gentle with all of our pets and put them at ease. Explainations are thorough for any procedures or medications that our pets may require. We have never had any concerns regarding the care of our pets and have recommended Petworks to other pet owners. Petworks will continue to be our "go to" vet clinic for as long as we have loved family pets.

I have been bringing my boy Ranger, 4yr old German Shepherd, here for the past few months now, and I can honestly say that I am extremely happy and pleased with the professionalism and genuine care my boy receives here! So friendly and welcoming, as I tend to be a bag of nerves, they reassure me that my boy will always be well taken care of. It’s a very safe and warm environment there.

The staff here have taken such good care of our 8 year old Lab and they always make you feel welcomed. They love on our dog as if she were their own. They are the best!

We had to take Willow to the clinic for an annual check-up and top-up shot. Unfortunately, Willow gets terribly stressed and in a panic as she is quite a nervous cat and if there is a delay because they are busy, she goes into a hyperventilating melt-down. At this visit, Willow proceeded to mess on the floor and pee in her box whilst waiting for an ear test result. Dr Jane could not have been more matter-of-fact about these events, despite our embarrassment. We find that whenever we ring, for whatever the reason, all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Thank you PetWorks.

Brought my cat here for radioactive iodine therapy. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They contacted me daily with updates on my kitty. It was so stressful for me and her having her gone for a week but I felt better knowing she was in such good hands. They answered all of my questions and were always patient and reassuring with my concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my pets here again, although hopefully I won't have to.
