Very satisfied. Had my Samsung tablet screen, which was completely shattered, replaced. Communication was quick, wait for parts was was minimal, and service was great. Above all, price was very reasonable compared to a couple others. Highly recommended.

Recently fixed my Bose NC 700s. The Bluetooth function stopped working from water damage. The owner ended up fixing my issue and actually improved the touch surface. Very happy overall.

You can't imagine how meticulous this gentleman is to solve customer problems, he will spend many hours on a circuit board worth only 10 Canadian dollars (even in the meantime he is doing the same thing to other customers, and if it is not fixed he feels So sorry for not wanting to pay for labor yet) but finally my RC receiver got the Impossible Repair, it's really awesome I'm about to get my other equipment

I had a broken screen and I needed a repair fast. He was very nice and the repair took only a few days just because he had to order the parts.
The repair looks flawless and it was also cheaper than the other repair shop I asked.

The individual who owns this business is a person who deserves your business. My phone was never put in a back jeans pocket, except to hike. I did just that, but never took it out. Used the toilet as soon as hike was finished, phone took a swim, and.died. I had no screen left, due to water damage. Got a new phone, with a crappier camera. It is a Huawei, and as such, can't be updated. But the Huawei camera is none that can be beat. And I had some things in this phone that I needed to retrieve, and back up. So I called a couple of companies who said I'd need to drive my phone an hour to get a damage repair quote. Most repair places could not even tell me if they could repair my issue. But Pico Repair quoted a price, and was closeby (in Bedford).
When the phone was repaired, I had a major car repair that was exhausting my funds. The owner told me he'd hold onto my phone, keep it safe, and I could get it when I was ready. Today was the day. And the phone works perfectly. In fact, the replacement i purchased is having issues with its touch screen, so I may need to put the old one back into service again. This is a business with understanding, compassion and heart. I will use word of mouth and reviews such as this, to lend whatever force my positive recommendation has in its value. PicoRepair will give you an honest price, will not rip you off, and will keep your phone safe, even if they have not heard from you in three months! Two!

My experience with Pico Repair was the best of any computer or phone repair company
I've ever had. Hui, the owner, fixed my Macbook Pro for a very small fraction of what I would have had to pay with apple. He serviced it so fast and, without charging any extra he took care of other things that were wrong with it that I didn't even think to ask for help with! It's over 5 years old and working like it's new again!

I live a couple hours out of town and he was very flexible and accommodating with pick up and drop off.

Apple said fixing a crack on the bezel of the screen would cost $935 because they'd have to replace the entire screen and not only the frame. I got it fixed at PicoRepair for $45 and in less than one hour. Great job and my Macbook is brand new again.

If i could rate higher than 5 stars i would! I took my iphone into Apple thinking that would be the place to do so, after dropping it into a bucket of mop water. They said nothing could be done about it. Although the 11 pro's are "water resistant".
I wanted a second opinion on it, because it was still vibrating/ ringing but i just couldn't see anything on the screen. After taking it to Pico repair, he had it fixed within a day. I didn't lose anything that was on it thankfully, and the price was very reasonable. I am thankful a friend of mine told me about Pico! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Quick, quality work. We had a cracked iPhone 6s screen replaced. The work was completed in 15-30 mins. We could have waited nearby but had other things to do, so we came back after and it was like it was never damaged. All buttons and pieces functioning perfectly. Prices were on par or lower than other local repair places. Apple Store wanted $230+tax to replace it. PicoRepair charged $65 taxes included. Highly recommend.

Very great experience!
I spilled water on the keyboard of my 2014 macbook air and I thought it was done for sure! The apple store would charge at least $700+ and he was able to fix it for a fraction of the price and really fast.

He was great at getting back to me via email about my issue, which was a broken screen on my Pixel 4. I had to wait a few days for the new screen to ship in from his supplier, but otherwise he replaced my screen within a few a few hours of me dropping it off to him. Great communication, great work. He clearly takes pride in what he does. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

I had brought two devices to have repaired at his business. One was a MacBook Pro to have a keyboard replaced. That was an ok experience, but I have am having doubts about the quality of the work done. My wife had a flickering screen on an Asus Laptop, so he did a bandaid fix, told me to pick it up. When I got home, the laptop was not only flickering again, the trackpad was acting erratic and not responding to any proper input. Again, went to get it looked at, and he over tightened the screws to the bottom of the case. As far as the flickering screen was concerned, he suggested a new screen replacement, and I did authorize that. After bringing it to another accredited repair centre, it ended up being the video display cable, and now the repair is done properly. The video cable was kinked and the accredited repair shop technician showed me it would be obvious to anyone that knew how to repair computers. He did offer to take the new screen and refund the original screen, but my wife was insistent not to go back as she did not trust his work.

Awesome, just needed a replacement SIM tray for my iPhone 6+. He had the part, the Apple Store didn't.
He put the SIM tray in my phone and switched over my SIM card from Samsung phone in less than 5 minutes.
Apple Store told me 1 week to get the part in.

He wasn't even going to charge me for it, but I insisted.kinda embarrassed that I only had $5 in cash on me at the time, wish I had more.

Just a really nice guy who seems to know his stuff very well, will go back there for sure anytime. I hope we are lucky enough to have more people like him move here and stay to make this a better place.
