Pita Pit

Service was slow, they both didn't seem to understand the requests given. When asked if I wanted green pepper, onion and mushroom, I said no, and they put it on anyway. My wife asked for no tomato, and he ignored (or didn't understand). The pita was mediocre, and not worth the $30 paid for two pitas.

Salad bowl was so tasty and the Atmosphere of a place was so good. They make really good and tasty bowls and pitas

Said my gift card was a points card.
Told me to order online while I was standing at their cash.
I had a question they couldn't answer and told me to come back tomorrow to ask manager.

THE best salad. Super cool staff, and they always Jam Pack the bowl to the point they can’t even get the cover on.

The person who took care of me did not understand gluten allergies, so my pita was not safe for me to eat. Messed up my order in a couple of different ways besides that also. 2 of my friends went in with me too, and both of their orders got messed up.

The ambiance of the place was warm and inviting. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and were incredibly friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.
Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
Btw my pita was great!

I tried to order through the app and it was glitching and didn't have an "add to cart" button so I went over to the store and ordered and told the employee I had rewards. Their scanner was broken and again the app was glitching and gave me different numbers each time. So I left.

Edit: the store was great when I returned today to get my pita. The app still has bugs.

I always receive great service here, the food is always good and fresh. I was waited on by a lovely girl named Harpreet and she was so friendly:)

The place is amazing… the staff makes you feel you are at home and the food can’t be beat. I can’t imagine people still eating at other fast food places while having this option

Finally! A Pita Pitt that knows how to grill the chicken perfect! Customer service on point! Will definitely be a regular stop for us! And bonus! Strawberry Cheesecake!

Like most restaurants shrinkflation has happened here. Serving sizes are not what they were 2 years ago.

I have come here a few times over the past few years. The food is consistent and is quick. The portion sizes are fair and there are quite a few options to choose. If you are looking for an alternative to Subway.

Mr. Jogani you did big pita for us, smiley & professional so I always leave a tip to recognize their great service. Great healthy food and I would take this place over subway or any other sandwich and salad place. They let you customize it as much as you'd like.

Excellent customer service, and considering there were only 2 people handling the whole lunch crowd. Worker shortage, well I can't fix that but I would suspect it the minimum wage. I'd stay home and collect government benefits, the pay is better.

Very consistent food and service no matter what day or time of day. I Just loved Pita pit and whenever I'm hungry i would come again sure to this place very tasty pita. Just loved this place.

Ordered online, specifically asked for no cheese and then received a wrap with two different kinds of cheese… eeeesh.
