Pita Pit

Ok. So I tried it again. This time a different location. I got there at opening. The menu wasn't lit. Nothing was ready. A young girl was there looking after it. It seemed like she might have been late? When she finished our wraps she said she couldn't toast them as the toaster wasn't ready. The lettuce and spinach were wilted. We were the first customers. I don't understand. Very disappointed.

Just picked up an order made through the app from the Sackville Dr location and both our pitas were AH-MAZING!
Hands down the most well made pita I have had from Pita Pit in a decade! Ive been a Pita Pit customer for 20 years and both our pitas were made expertly with proper portions even with several special requests.

I frgot the guy name, but he was too good, Pita pit has always been one of my favourite sandwich spots! Their steak and cheese pita or falafel are my favourite! The ancho chipotle sauce is too good to be true haha! The staff at this location are so nice and friendly, with a great sense of humour! Overall an awesome spot!

I've always been a big fan of Pita pit and whenever I'm near pitapit I always make sure to visit this place.

Just had the most rude service I’ve ever received at a takeout. The male person that made the pita, had a terrible attitude. Kept stopping to speak to a customer the other staff person was serving. Trying to explain to her that “chip is cookie”. If he spoke clearly perhaps she would have understood. He proceeded to start on-line orders and was literally throwing the ingredients on the grill. He really looked like he did not give a damn & obviously could care less about the customers. Until recently, I had been getting a Pita every week for a couple of years & was looking forward to this one. This guy never greeted me, didn’t say thank you, had a very slack attitude, didn’t so much as offer a bag for my meal. They had no problem placing a “tip jar” on the counter next to the cash. I know it’s not easy for the small business owner, or staff earning minimum wage & really appreciate someone preparing a meal for me & tip generously. I really, really wanted to ask for my tip back. It certainly was not deserved! If this person is the owner, I’m glad he is so confident that his business is thriving, to the point of being down right ignorant to customers. If he was an employee, it shows how desperate food services is for employees. Sorry to have been a bother to you. Never again! I will spend my money elsewhere. Also, the female that was working, was not wearing a mask. Come on it’s food preparation & we still have lots of active cases. Just more proof that this location has no respect for their customers.

Absolutely love this place! Such great food and such great customer service from the young man that works Sundays. I do believe he needs an extra person to help with the amount of orders. Other than that, I will forsure be back!

I visit the Pita Pit in Lower Sackville at least once a week to get myself, and my granddaughter our supper after her gymnastics practice. The young man that works there provides us with exceptional customer service every time! He knows what we order, and even the toppings we get, which is so impressive considering how many customers he waits on every week. My granddaughter is a big Pita Pit fan, and we often chuckle that she introduced me to this healthy alternative, and we've decided that eating at Pita Pit is her good luck charm and prepares her for her competitions. I would not hesitate to recommend this Pita Pit location for fresh food and friendly service.

Nice fresh ingredients, friendly service. One of the few places I can always get a hearty, vegan, gluten free meal in the area. Thanks for always being there Pita Pit!

Amazing, AMAZING, service! I love when staff takes the time to chat while filling my order. So nice! We need more places like this!

Worse management ever seen
I just visited sackvilla location today and last friday also.
Today I ordered 2 large pita and last week 5 large pita. They were made perfectly as i wanted. But there was long line up. The guy was working alone and still trying to give 100% customers service.
With long line up there was many online orders also. I have seen 3 people going out of the store because of long line up.
I feel sad for the poor guy. As a reward i try to give him some extra tip as cash but he refused to accept it and said it’s too much. Such a humble person stacked with such a horrible management.
Shame on the owners.

27 minutes to make a chicken ceaser pita. Had no romaine so used a tiny amount of iceburg that was wilted. Then told my kid no tomatoes cause there only made one way (aparently not since no Romain lettuce). Dry as can be, bland, over priced and slow. Never again.
