The worker seemed annoyed that I wanted my wraps extra grilled this evening. They used to grill for at least a minute when I used to come here by default, now I had to push just to get 30 seconds. Will be my last visit.

Went in at 9: 15 on a monday for a quick wrap for the guy working to tell me they are closed meanwhile theres a couple sitting there eating and the store doesn’t close until 10pm…

They barely cooked my meat (buffalo chicken) so it was still cold on the inside. They also didn’t even scrape the grill, which was absolutely covered in charred bits (if I had noticed this before purchase I wouldn’t have even bought anything). Asked for my pita toasted and they put it on for such a short time it didn’t even fully warm the bread. So incredibly disappointed. I didn’t feel good about eating it so I threw it away. If they can’t even properly make a very basic pita or scrape a grill I don’t trust them to follow food safety protocol properly.

I’ve always loved the pita pit (and worked at the pita pit for many years) but I had a weird experience here tonight. I went in to order a wrap and asked to use the washroom and they said there were no washrooms. I was like “oh, that must be new because there usually is” and they were like “we don’t even have a washroom to use” which honestly seems illegal to not offer your employees a washroom. Food is adequate but I also noticed that it didn’t look as clean as it had previously.

Definitely my go to if i don’t feel like preparing a meal but don’t prefer fast food

You can find better sanitation at your local Porta-Potty on a hot summer day!
If food safety is your thing, you may not want to eat here! While my wrap was being made, I couldn’t help noticing the filthy grill, crusty handles, and brown veggies which look a few weeks old.
While I understand sometimes there isn’t time to clean on a busy day, we were the first customers at 11: 00 AM.
This place clearly has not been cleaned in months. Someone will likely be killed or severely sick from eating here if the standards to not change.
After contacting management with photos of their mess, they explained they will clean and improve training. I am willing to re-Try in the near future to see if standards have changed.
