Pizza Delight

So we had an issue with our last order from here - no big deal, people make mistakes. We called about it to see if we could get a replacement for the item with the issue. The lady on the phone was super nice and apologetic, and put our name down for the item as well as a free dessert for the inconvenience. Flash forward to today, my partner calls to order the item and free dessert. The woman on the phone today is a different woman - she looks up the name and finds the items. However, she then says “Well I can’t give you a free dessert just for an inconvenience. ” My partner was a bit taken aback, so thinks it might just not be written there, so he asks if it is. The woman then says yes it is. So she ends up giving us the free dessert but then goes “I’ll do it this time but I won’t if it happens again. ”? So my partner goes to pick up the order and all seems fine. But as he’s walking out the door and says to the woman “Thanks, have a good night, ” the response he gets from her is “Thanks for the inconvenience” in the rudest tone. We’re just both taken aback at the rudeness and gall of the woman working there tonight, especially on Thanksgiving weekend. We’ve had issues with other orders before but like I said before, people make mistakes and no big deal. Everyone has always been nice there and so we continue to order from there again and again. However, I can’t see us ordering from there anymore after this super rude service and for no apparent reason - my partner just called to order what the other lady put down in the book for us to make up for our last order. Just shocked and disappointed after today’s events.

We came here from out of town on a busy Thursday night. Supper was fast and AMAZING. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Our bellies are full!

Went back to Pizza Delight Elmsdale for the redemption order.i was very pleased with the food, service and restaurant compared to the last time. Both Meals are the same as below. Hot, mouth watering food.no complaints George was an excellent host to serve us.

Delivery was 1 hour late. Arrived dry and over cooked. Forgot Donair sauce (again) took another hour to have that dropped off. Likely will not order here again.

Walked in for supper with my 3 year old. I was told to take a seat anywhere. Sat there at a table for 15 minutes and left without being offered a menu or being seen at all. Won’t be back.

It was our wonderful experience, I went there with my wife and we ordered medium pizza, firstly their service was super fast and awesome in taste, never tried pizza like this, would definitely recommend ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

Had the best pizza ever! The quality of the food, customer service, cleanliness. Everything was 10/10. Absolutely, going to visit again and again.

Great food. Wonderful staff. Bathroom could use an update but that's the only thing I'd improve.

Never had issues, always nice. I like that they double check before hanging them to the customer.imo I feel like it's the best pizza in town.

Service was extremely slow despite being not busy at all.bathrooms were clearly gender neutral (Single bathrooms) however they labeled one for women solely because it had the change table - my husband used the “womens” to change our son because they didn’t have a change table in the “men’s”

Customer service was quite good and employees were quite friendly.
Talking about food the price was quite affordable and tastewise also it was delicious.
Overall, i was really very happy and satisfied by the service.

I have just tried chicken Naan’Wich and the new hot honey garlic fingers as suggested by owner. I can tell you guys those guys will not upset you in the matter of food. Friendly people and good hygienic. I would recommend to everyone who looks for variety in food.

We love coming to this pizza delight location! The food is always perfect and Crystal always makes us feel like family.

You HAVE to try the Zingin’ Garlic Cheese Fingers. Or anything with the Stingin’ Hot Honey! It’s to die for

The Bee Sting pizza & Zingin’ Garlic fingers with that Halifax Hot Honey was soooooo good! Definitely coming back for more!

Just had the zingin garlic cheese fingers and WOW! Perfect amount of spice and sweet, would highly recommend!

I have ordered a garlic finger and nachos with chicken (paid extra for chicken) for delivery and it took around 1.2 hr to deliver even when it’s only 800 meters far and the food was cold when delivered. What’s a point of charging 7$ for delivery fee when you goonna get the cold food. Never going to order again.
