Pizza Factory

Used to love this place for its amazing pizza, now they don’t care at all about their customers and the work they put into making and delivering pizzas. Was on phone to order and was told it would be over an hour and a half for delivery and then to just wait one second… They never came back on the phone, and when I called back to see what happened they was in another call. They continue to go downhill despite having really good pizza. They need dedicated workers who care about what they do, not who they have now.

These guys are fast and the pizza is very good. They say 20 to 25 min. They mean it. The pizza has been around for a long time. My Husband and I always went there when we were up the valley.

Staff was very rude and pizza was like slosh you would feed pigs. I ordered 60$ worth of food and while ordering the worker was very rude and impatient. Won’t be ordering again.

Tried to call to place an order, got hung up on instead. Called back again when the line was free, food was alright.

Last night I ordered for my family. Paid $140 including delivery. The girl that took my order on the phone was very rude and impatient. Fast forward my food arrived and was gross. Pizzas had more sauce than toppings. Ordered chicken wings only half the order was cooked properly. My daughter has been up all night with what I'm guessing is food poisoning as she has no fever so there is no excuse for the vomiting and severe stomach pains she has other symptoms that i wont mention. The only good part of the order was the donair egg rolls. I can definitely tell you that it wasn't worth the $140 that I paid and I will never be ordering from them again.

The staff was incredible, easy to talk to. I placed an order for 3 lasagnas and was told it was going to take 45 minutes.
An hour goes by and my food still hasn’t arrived, my food didn’t arrive until almost 2 hours after ordering. Now with the lasagnas, I wish I ordered more noodles and cheese with my sauce. I paid $55 for 3 portions that were just 75% sauce. I was supposed to pay $45 with delivery included but the price magically changed to $55.
I’m a little disappointed with the quality of the food as this definitely wasn’t worth $55 of food. But I can’t be too upset because I’m the one who paid for the convenience of having my food delivered. But I learned my lesson to just stick to McDonald’s, DQ or Mary browns. Further of a drive but better food in the long run.

The people that work there are terrible rude the prices are super high the delivery times is usually 2 hours if they even decide to show up they only do pizza nothing else and it’s super expensive and not even that good they lost me as a customer do to the rudeness over the phone the 2 hour wait for my food that never came and had to call the next day when they opened at 4pm asking what happen to my delivery and they said I gave them the wrong address when they bin here over 15 times and I think I no my address but anyways dont eat there

I've been customer for very long time use to have the best pizza in the valley not any more we keep hope things will change and get back to the way it was but given tonight was worst not sure what's goings-on but we are done waste good money on mediocre pizza so sorry

I ordered a pizza here a couple nights ago, asked for half garlic fingers half pepp sausage, asked for the crust “not too thin, not too thick” they made it perfect. The best pizza I’ve had since I moved to the valley
