The staff is very friendly and the food was also really good i suggest all the people to try pizza hut truro

Poor service order was wrong, when asked if it could be fixed staff made a huge deal out if it, by the time I actually was given the correct order it was still wrong but gave up and left

One of if not the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Seemed like the pizza was either made in the morning or the previous day. Dough/crust was bad. Toppings were bad. Store bought frozen pizzas are somehow far superior to the pizza that I received from Pizza Hut. Wouldn’t go back even if it was free

I've given this place a second change after they had my pizza squished completely to one side of the box. Big mistake. The delivery driver ended up driving across the front of my lawn leaving huge tire ruts across the grass because he didn't want to back out of my driveway.thanks buddy for destroying my property because you don't have driving skills. Maybe don't be a delivery driver.

It was great experience with the Pizza Hut and the staff is very friendly and also the taste of the pizza was really great

First time I truro and definitely got a normal Pizza Hut meat lovers which is amazingly delicious compared to competition

Called and ordered at truro location and she hung up on me before I could finish, then I'm 99 percent sure that the delivery guy ate a slice out of the box then took my 8 dollars change and ran.

The wait is insane. I was told 15 minutes for my order and ended up waiting 30. Food is very good though.

These guys since Day 1 have been serving amazing Pizza. Great service, cleanness. Washrooms are always clean. Fridges are always stocked up. Well Hygiene staff with hair nets and beard nets. Moreover, have to say these guys are delivering Pizza faster than other nearby places. Feels good to have a change in local availability of choices and great change of service Status in Truro.

Bit busy when I went, but I placed an online order and proceeded to show up later than the estimated time. Waited an extra 20 minutes while my order was in a heater. Cashier served a friend who cut the line ahead of people who have been waiting for some time (not delivery) and there was one person wearing a hair net out of everyone. A bit concerning…. Not a good first impression.

I gave it such a low rating for atmosphere because it's not a place you sit in anymore just a place you take the food out so the atmosphere doesn't matter as much. However the place is clean if there's a rating for clean I'd give that like a five-star.

Ordered for a kids Birthday Party and needed it delivered at restaurant opening time as the party was a Sunday Morning. Staff persons were very accommodating and had the pizza there on time. Staff were friendly to deal with and pizza was good. Great prices for feeding a large group of kids.

Food is excellent when you get it. I understand it is a new spot and it will be busy but when your order says it will be ready in an hour and you are still waiting 1 1/2 hrs later. The magic line at this outlet is 10 more mins. I was told that 4 times before my order was ready.

Not a typical Pizza Hut experience. Wings tasted nothing like other Pizza huts wings and were drenched in grease in the container. Pizza was overcooked, half cut and dry. The even packed up the metal pan they cooked the pizza on

Cant put zero stars and place deserves a -5 stars worst pizza every Noone there can do the job correct and the manager need an attitude adjustment.terrible expirence and absolute garbage pizza and service will never be back.

Pizzahut has been making extraordinary menu offers and pizza deliveries! My favourite is the cheese pizza crust, just love it. <3

After calling in our order and being told 35 minutes we waiting we waiting another 35 minutes on top of that. We were so excited to have them here and Truro only to receive such poor service So disappointed. The manager was not apologetic at all.

Excellent service, fast and delicious pizza. Fluffy crust, lots of flavor and not greasy! Definitely going back!
