Pizza Hut Dartmouth

First I paid and then the person was trying to hold me hostage like I never paid. Then the pizza was horrible not enough toppings. Will not be back to the location. After the first couple bites I also realized I ate raw dough. Though it was cheese it was so raw.

I ordered My box. I always order extra cheese and pay for it because i find they use very little cheese. Yet again, the restaurant does not read the order properly and I dont receive the extra cheese i pay for. I filled out survey asking to be contacted. Many days have passed. Still no contact. A few days later I received an email asking if I had been contacted yet. I replied no. A few days have passed and I've still not been contacted. If you make an error with an order you have to make it right for the customer. But this has not happened yet. Very poor management very poor customer service. I shouldn't have to call a restaurant after placing an online order to ensure that they read their order properly.

Pizza was doughy
cashier was super nice
cleanliness of pick up areas was terrible
wings and bread sticks were delish but pizza was so gross bdcsue of the crust not being cooked

Absolutely stunned with how bad this place is. No directions on how to order, no one around to ask. Tables are filthy! Chairs everywhere! Used the washroom and there was no soap and the smell was unreal. Like sewage! Only reason why we went here is because my daughter really wanted to try it out. So grossed out and disappointed. Just close the dining area and use this place for pickup only.

-horrible customer service when calling the number, went to a call centre first and then tried to connect to local store but call ended. Long time on hold, took 40 mins on the line and not able to talk to anyone at the store.
