Pizzatown

Absolutely awful pizza. Ordered two slices with a drink for 6.49 (supposedly a deal) and was charged 21$ instead of 14.92. Pretty evident this place is not great since one of the workers sat outside like he was homeless and was eyeing me up… DRY and had cold toppings. Cheers to the gull that enjoyed though.

Wow. Ordered a large a medium pizza and it was nearly 80$ was shocked at the price when the driver told me. Told him I wanted to tap may card when paying and he asked how much I wanted to tip. I felt very put on the spot and told him the $6 delivery fee charge was more then enough. He told me the owner keeps that and doesn't give it to his drivers. Did not give him a tip. Driver was very rude saying "okay bro" basically threw the food my face.
Pizza wasn't good. Very little toppings and no cheese. Not worth $70. Called to speak to the owner about the driver and was hung up on. Next time I'll make the trip to Ricardos.

Got a slice of pizza and drink for lunch. It was 10 dollars which was crazy. Little Joe’s Pizza which is down the road only charges 5 dollars and better pizza. I do try to share local for pizza but double the price is ridiculous. Will not go back to Pizza Town again.

Extremely rude stating that they were closing at 9: 30 (despite having there closing time listed as 11) and we had to order immediately and online order was not an option. While making us feel like they didn't want our business.

Great place to have close to home to order from. Orderd a pizza last night and the guy on the phone said it would honestly be over an hour for delivery (busy night) but it would be hot and fresh.it was at my door 25 min later.obviously I will to continue to give them my pizza money!

Update July 2021: still the best tasting pizza ever! Toppings are hearty. Order from here all of the time

We have tried all of the pizza joints in the area and Pizzatown is by far the best quality for price!

Crust is crispy and like Pizza Hut, the toppings are fresh and plentiful and the flavour - it’s genuinely delicious! We picked up a slice once and it was massive and reminded me of NYC’s slices (thin, a tad greasy and a punch to the face of flavour).

Decently priced!

Fell asleep for 20 mins after waiting for a pizza order that took over an hour, claiming they'd be 20 minutes. As I woke up I noticed 10 missed calls and watched as the driver threw pizza and garlic fingers all over my lawn, this was at 10 pm and I live in a wooded area where bears and coyotes have been sighted and having food all over my lawn puts my small cats in danger

Pizza is always cold and the guy always keeps the oven turned off so it a pain to wait for a hot slice.

This place has gone down hill within the last year. Not sure if it's new ownership. The food is slapped together like a MacDonald's burger. The employees can be extremely rude and one acts like your disturbing him ordering food. More than once we've order garlic fingers and no donair sauce. Only thing that keeps this place going is the location.

Ok, so I called and asked what pizza would be the best, the vegetarian or Greek. He couldn’t give me an answer. He actually said that he doesn’t eat those pizzas so he couldn’t tell me. Lol.gotta tell you that the vegetarian pizza is delicious. The crust is light and crispy and so much flavour In the sauce, and can’t forget the fresh toppings. Will definitely from there order again.

The service is very good. The pizza isn't bad but it could be better if they used a better grade of salami and cheese. I would also like to see a Canadian Sausage selection on the menu.

Amazing service, super super good donairs and donair plates! These guys will do anything to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied, and go above and beyond to right any wrongs!

I can not even begin to explain how absolutely horrible this experience was for my family. I ordered the wing and rib deal that included a 2l bottle of pop. When receiving the food I noticed how incredibly small the portions were. When I went to pay for my food their debit machine lost internet connection, so I grabbed cash for the delivery guy to not have enough change. He proceded to tell me he had to return to the store for another machine.sat in my driveway with his his loud truck running, returned to my door four additional times. I own pets, and had to contain them in a room every time he came to the door. 20 minutes later im still waiting for them to figure out a way for me to pay for it, by this time the food is cold, and surprise surprise the chicken was raw (pink). I would strongly suggest if you need to eat from these people i would suggest going to the store since they are apparently unable to provide the delivery service the offer. And on top of all of this happening I am on the phone with the manager explaining the situation to be told, ITS MT FAULT that I did not order the food online, he then ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD information to charge me for it over the phone. I told him I did not want to do that, and the manager told me that I live in a bad area where the machine does not work. I live in Hyland Park about 6 minute drive from the store, when I said this he proceded to drag me over the phone about how this is all my problem and that I should have just ordered online. I got so frustrated and upset with the manager yelling at me over the phone that my mother had to take it from me and tell him to stop. The manager was told simple, if you can't offer a take out service then don't provide one. Will NEVER ORDER from this place again.

Just picked up chocolate milk 473 ml should have checked the date but also shouldnt have to. 7 days past best before date.

Keeps hanging up the phone until it's too late to deliver.

I stopped in to get pizza and garlic fingers for a 2 hour drive home and was delighted with how great they tasted! The pizza and donair sauces were just the right mix of sweet and sour and the crust was the perfect thickness!

Great customer service! Unknowing to the delivery driver, our toppings to our pizza slid all to one side. When I called to let them know, they were quick to make another pizza and the manger himself delivered it to our door at no charge. Huge thanks! Thank you Pizza Town Tantallon
