Pizzatown

I came here to drop off a donation for a nearby non-profit which they so generously allowed to use their space. I felt I should support them and I was not disappointed. I think I found my new pizza stop. Food was amazing, service was top notch, and the atmosphere was perfect.

Never again. Charge your credit card but don't bring your order then refuse a refund.

Ordered online. Waited an hour and a half before calling and being told it was on its way. Called to cancel 20 minutes later and was told to get a refund I'd have to email someone else. Will never order from this place again.

Having come home after many years away, I was very dissatisfied at other local donair spots not living up to what they used to be (I'm looking at you KOD).
Pizza Town however has not only kept up their great food, but expanded their dining area. They have a great spot to sit in and eat and even have a patio and beer taps. I look forward to stopping in the next time I am home, for Donairs and Garlic fingers.

We stopped coming to Pizzatown because of the owner and his rude know it all attitude. My daughters birthday and she wanted it so we tried it again. He was so rude to a delivery driver, I won’t be back. What happened to customer service? It’s too bad, the food is good but Sheldon is so nasty. I feel bad for his employees.

It was Friday and I was looking for a good donair and cold beer but didn't want to sit at a formal restaurant for as a fast take-out pizza joint.
I took a gamble on PizzaTown as I've never had a donair there before.
Turned out to not only be and awesome donair (and cold beer) but also got treated to the fine live music from Tom Bedell!

Tasty Slice and Pop real nice crust great Service and Kool Patio, Added Bonus got slice of Garlic Bread no charge and Tasty as well

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews especially since I like the food here but for the second time in a row I asked for sauce on the donair and some on the side as well. What I got was no sauce on the donair and none on the side, literally a half made donair. I even asked if there was extra sauce on the side and she said yes. So disappointing.

$9 for an enormous slice and a soda, in and out in under a minute, on fairly convenient route—and the staff are friendly.this is probably gonna be a new regular stop for me when heading out of the city.

Only ever had slices since they moved to this location. Definitely a lot friendlier staff now than on Sackville drive.

It had been a long time since we had been to Pizza Town, so we thought we would give it a try for a change and the food and service did not disappoint. My wife and I decided to split a Meatzza pizza and my daughter got her own small Hawaiian pizza.

I have eaten at a lot of different pizza establishments over the years and the one thing I always seem to struggle with is finding the right dough/crust. The dough/crust that we had was second to none. It was crispy, thin, and airy, not doughy like many pizza places.

I would like to acknowledge our waitress Crystal for her amazing service and attentiveness. She made sure that we were looked after and had a great experience! Keep up the great work Crystal! They are lucky to have you there.

The only real area of opportunity that I did notice and to be fair this might of just been the timing that we were there, but I did notice a couple of tables that were not cleaned yet and the seat next to us was empty with fries on the floor. I doubt this was the norm, so it was no doubt just bad timing and the staff had not gotten to it yet. I don't know what their staffing situation is like but I only noticed 1 waitress which I wondered how that would work if the restaurant was full.

These are the only reasons that I am rating this experience as a 4.5/5 star. The service and food were definitely 5 stars and we will be back for sure!

This was a true delight, with wonderful music and great pizza, I really wasn't expecting it to be this great.

Super great people, good food, great environment.whoever took my order misheard what i had ordered (they sounded very similar) and when i realized it was the wrong pizza i called back and they gave me a new one within 10 mins.:)

The people the food the atmosphere is what makes it enjoyable to just hang out and have a good time

We went to watch the World Juniors game Jan 5.
We were greeted by Sheldon the manager & Crystal was our server. Food was hot and tasty. Service was amazing. A secret the little gem spot in Sackville will return again.

Nastiest donair I've ever seen. Raw meat in a pool of fat. Got ripped off on a lg donair

On Thursday is often loud music which I don't prefer but it's not a negative comment. Others may like this
