Fun amusement center with lots of games to play without huge lineups. Place is clean and well maintained.

Rigged beyond belief. Don’t bother with the claw machines they barely grip and shake violently to drop your items. Games despenses low tickets. Played Key master but didn’t stop where I pressed it.

The environment itself is pretty good. Arcade games and reminds me a bit of Dave & Busters. Lots of games, lots of space.

Prices are typical for an arcade. Decent games and reusable bracelets. The $27 2-hour credit package is an absolute steal.

My reason for a lower review is because of the food court.

The food itself isn’t great, but typical for arcade food - markup is pretty high considering what you get. The wait was insanely long considering we were the only four people in the food court. They had run out of a lot of what we had picked (around 6: 30 on a Sunday) and told us after placing the order, so we had to get substitutions. My hot dog and fries were cooked well and decent for arcade food. Portion size was pretty good too.

The food court and tables could have been much cleaner. Insane amount of fruit flies on some of the tables made it hard to find a place to sit.

Playdium is cool but the food court definitely needs some more attention/support.

Fun place to take your kids for bowling, arcade and more. They also sell food and an area to eat. Awesome place!

A place that you won’t believe it’s here in Halifax, although some machine was pretty outdated, bowling was the best in town.

A lot of fun, and not too expensive if you're not taking a whole family. Unfortunately a lot of the games are broken, and there was only one working skee-ball machine that people were waiting in line for.

If you're looking for a fun place for kids as well as adults to go and have fun playing video/interactive games along with bowling and food related amenities, Playdium is the place for you. In regards to pricing, you can buy wrist bands with different credit amounts on them, depending on which package you purchase. Packages range from $5 - $50+. An example is for $45, you will get around 250 points and games average 5-8 points each. All in all, it's pretty fun and during certain events during the year, they do bonus points, when you buy packages.

Kids had enough fun at the playdium last weekend. We are going back, thanks to tickets generated from playing games.

Great place to take the kids in the afternoon or on a date in the evening for some good fun. Only spent $125 and stayed for hours. They serve alcohol!

Super fun! Credits can go fast if you don't watch how you spend them. The store where you cash in your tickets is great!

Congrats, you've made something as simple as putting change into machines and managed to over complicate it to the point I have scratched this off my list of things to do with any of my 8 kids. Yes 8, you've lost the business of a family of 10 + 9 cousins and their parents for repeated birthday parties because your business model is a major PITA.
There is a real smart term in business which is drawn from the navy called K. I. S. S which stands for "keep it simple, stupid" might want to try it out.

I had a great time here with my daughter. Games were reasonably priced and the dance machine was a blast.

Prices are expensive. I don't believe they explained the true limits of the timed bracelets but overall a good experience.

The food is better than it has any business being. Fries are spot on the the burgers are delicious.

First time here with my bday kid, had fun, wish it wasn't so expensive, would probably go more often if there were some deals. Also loved how there were workers wiping down the surfaces. A few more hand sanitizer stations would've been nice to see.

Well laid out, reasonable price albeit on the expensive side, plenty of options to have kid's birthday parties and a fun time out for adults with friends

Super fun spot! Has lots and LOTS of things to do, arcade games, bowling, VR, a rope course, and lots of stuff! It is very loud, if you have sensitivity issues, just be aware, lots of loud noises and flashing lights. But it’s a great place for parties or to take kids.

Needless to say kids will have fun and so will adults like me. I also had my sons 11th birthday there and it was perfect

Kids always have fun when we are there.great variety of games and fun for the whole family. Have been there a few times now.

Pretty cool but not a place i would go often unless they changed up their games quite often but other than that it's pretty cool!

The place was really not crowded and we got to play to our heart content! I like that they have wet tissues to desinfect.the food was not bad as well.

Me and my friends weren't from around. We were traveling and Playdium was one of our last few destination. So we were really having fun as we were able to have some rest from both work and school. The place was fun and there was a lot of things to actually do. The place is also clean. The only reason why I cant give it a full 5 star was our experience at the redeeming section.

We asked to redeem things and we didn't saw that the one person there was doing something. They then proceeded to shhhh us like a parent to their child. I get that they are doing something but the note of their voice and body language, scream Im doing something go do your business elsewhere. Note that me and my friends were all laughing and smiling and we get to have this nonchalant attitude back. I get that customer service is a very energy draining job but I dont think we deserved to have been treated like a nuisance children, when we were trying to have fun before coming back to work and school.

So many games to play, so much fun for the whole family. Would recommend to anyone. Great for birthday parties, however they do the party room first then play the games after for birthdays which is definitely different.

Calling all kids at heart! This is the place for you! You can easily blow a few hours here. It is definitely on the pricy side, but worth it. Food is good too!

Went there for the first time the other day, and it was great! We bought a 45$ package which lasted us 3 hours (we still have about half left which we are allowed to reuse). It’s a very reasonable price and it’s very fun!

This place was fun I'll give it that! However most of the games are ticket based for their in house rewards system. Many of the same type of game. Arcades of the past far surpass this place. Ideal for children less than 15 years old. Within 2 hours and an unlimited pass I played all the games I cared to. I enjoyed myself but no reason to return unless they added a better variety of Arcade machines. Would be a neat date night idea as well. I'm just a 42 yr old kid from the 80's so I set the bar high for what an Arcade should be. I opted not to do the bowling or VR but they were available. 4 star due to lacking diversity of non ticket based games.

A fun place to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon. The credit prices are pretty reasonable, but as expected, the food prices are insane. It's a Cineplex company, so of course they're going to have unreasonably priced concessions. The games are all really fun.

Great place to spend a few hours with a bunch of fun and entertaining games. Great for birthdays and events as well. Food is good and staff are super friendly and kind.

Went there on weekend with family. Had a blast the kids loved, I loved it, my wife loved it. My brother, his wife and his daughter loved it.

Great arcade selection reasonable fee's and prizes. The swag shop had pretty cool loot for your tickets, little diner or snack section for munchies and to sit in between games.

Glad we have an indoor arcade area like this in Dartmouth again.

The best place for a cute couples date night, or a place to help you win the heart of your kid niece, either way the staff are super genuine and sweet. You'll have a memorable time.

It was plan to go here tonight to relax and have fun but just because I was half vax you guys denied me that. Why is it that groceries stores can allow vax and none vax and half vax people in it but this place. YOU GUYS ARE NOT EVEN AN ESSENTIAL SERVICE SO I DONT SEE THE POINT WEATHER YOUR FULLY VAX OR HALF VAX. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN YOU ALL!

There is so much to do here and the food is decent and the covid precaution are great 10/10 would recommend

Four of us went on a Saturday afternoon and spent around two hours sharing a $45 card. It was enough games to tire us out afterwards, so not a bad deal to share. There were a lot of people around when we went, but everyone was wearing a mask. Difficult to social distance due to the proximity of the games and the high surface touch rate. The line up for redeeming the tickets took too long as they only allowed one or two groups in at a time to take a look at the prizes.

There were a variety of games from racing, shooting, luck, sports, and the classics. Good for kids or adults alike. There is different areas for bowling, VR, and grabbing a quick bite while people watching. Fun place for a date or to hang out with friends / family for the afternoon.

Was very busy so there were waits for games. Prices on the prizes were a bit high.
Was a lot of fun playing all the games when we got our chance.
Kids enjoyed the VR games.

It's fun but could definitely use more games and more variety. Playdium Mississauga twenty years ago had more stuff than this place.

The restaurant staff was incredibly rude. Had half the tables shut down, so there were no seats available They wouldn't allow us to move into the sit down eating area. Which had one set of patrons. After patrons left, the were slow to clean and sanitize the tables. Just a really poorly run eating area.

Once the hype subsides, this place will be shut down. There is very little reason to ever return.

Loved the VR zombie killing game.will be back for more. Had cute HP merch I could get with my points.the inner need in me had a very satisfactory time.

I had a great time coming here with my son. There is a pretty diverse game selection and even though my son is only 5, there were still a lot of options for him to enjoy. It's great for all ages, would make a great date night, fun with friends or family.

If anyone hasn't been to an arcade before you'll definitely feel it is overpriced (and most of the food is overpriced) but the playtime you get out of $25.00-$50.00 is pretty standard for what you'd get anywhere else.

Prize tokens and "game swipes" (what you redeem to play games) are all kept track of digitally on a wristband so there's no Hassel of carrying a bunch of paper around or trusting your kid to keep track of it. It also makes me feel better in terms of COVID risk that I'm not touching physical money or tokens to insert into a game. The layout is easy to follow and there are lots of sanitizing stations and wipes. I felt totally relaxed and safe being here.

A few of the machines we were specifically looking forward to were down, but besides that, everything else was great!

Great for covid protocols, they have sanitizer readily available as well as wipes for cleaning the games (garbage cans were a little harder to find) there was also afee out of order games, but they seemed to be quickly trying to fix them.
