Very poor service. Done a trade in with these guys and they never paid of the remaining for the trade in which they said they would do now 2 payments is coming out of my bank one for my truck and the other on the new one. Don't believe anything they tells me. They said they will take care of it and still know one got back to me. Not good enough

Greasy af! Tried to take advantage of me (young guy) by trying to sell me a car for a high interest rate. Refused to show me other cars and were quite pushy

Very pushy dealership. Shady practices. They sold my girlfriend a SUV and it wasn't as promised. No safety features that they said were present. The speakers were blown. They won't give her a copy of the contract. She wants her old car back but they said it was sold. It was 4 days. Now there's a mix-up in the financing now they want to lawyer up.

I had a great experience with port city auto. Julian Thomas was great to work with. He git me in my new suv and I love it so much. So happy!
