What a joke of a service centre. Only the 2nd time I have ever used this location for service work and they are 5 minutes from my house. Never again. Had them do some work but they didn’t verify if the product would work before installing and then charged to have it removed because it wouldn’t work. Then go to check on my vehicle and show up to find they left my tunnel cover up exposing 4 truck tires with only 5000 kms on them. Wow - lack of incompetence! No wonder we go to the city when we purchase vehicles or for service. Love to support local but get some competent people to work there.
Unfortunate I have to even give a 1 star rating to post this comment - just want to save other customers from the hassle I have gone through.

I am so disappointed. I’ve already had a bad experience last year with pothier motors but I was looking for a specific bike that they just happened to had have. So I purchased it for 22500 plus plus plus. Close to 30 k in the end. I’m walking out to the bike after a month of ownership and about 1500 km driven and I just happened to look at the rear tire and it was down to the metal ply.this bike had a new inspection when I bought it so I assumed the rear tire would of at least ok. 500$ for a new tire but what makes me angry was I was driving my wife and kids around on this bike If they left a bald tire pass inspection what else did they not check. Ps they will not return my calls or emails. So so disappointed.

Chad, So you take the time to review and respond to a bad review but not contact the customer who relied on your company to sell a safe vehicle for the road. You had amble time to respond but choose not to
Funny thing is when you guys tried 3 times to repair the paint on my Jeep and I ended up taking it to a different dealer (who fixed it properly the first time, Thank You Dartmouth Dodge so much for fixing the paint that pothier motors did such a horrible job with) after pothier had it for over a month, it was the same excuse. That it was the fault of a 3 rd party Here’s an idea. Start taking responsibility

So wanted to give an update on the bike I bought from these guys. The bike always ran hot but it was my understanding that these bikes run hot anyways. So I’ve been told that the bike was sumping. Oil building up in parts of the engine where it’s not suppose to accumulate. Prematurely wearing the engine out. So now I’m into the price of the bike, a new tire for the bike to be safe to ride and now a $8000 engine job. Thanks pothier motors. You got my money and sold me a POS. Again buyer beware If you buy a vehicle from these guys new great. You have warranty but if you buy use or a motorbike from these please don’t make my mistake and buy here

Bought a Ram 1500 there several years ago and everything went smoothly. Inquired about a Ram 3500 several times and a convenience trade but my sales person never got back to me. Emails all say delivered. So, I guess they are now ignoring past customers and potential future sales. Some of us can't just pop into dealerships because we live several hours away. Email contact is vital. Anyways. Lost sale and I probably won't return here. I shouldn't have to hound businesses to spend my money. They should hound me. But welcome to 2023 where nobody seems to care about customer service.

On a more positive note when I did buy my last truck there the service department was great and all the staff seemed good. It's a beautiful dealership.

I couldn't have received better service both when making the purchase of my new RAM or with the after care service, having my winter tires and mastershield applied.

When purchasing Federico was easy to deal with and always focused on customer service. You can tell he's always looking out for the customer. The finance manager, Julie, even came into the office from her vacation to complete the sale. I was very happy with the final deal.

The service department at Pothier's was also great. They applied the mastershield on a day of heavy rain and suggested they would like to keep the vehicle in their shop for the evening to let the mastershield dry properly. They then provided me with a vehicle to use until the next day.

With less than stellar credit the sales team never gave up. My dream truck was out of reach but a very good vehicle that fit my needs was found.

Made a verbal agreement through email/texting for trade in and new purchase. A week later drove 5+ hours to complete the deal and what can I say. It was flawless and very happy with my new purchase and what I received for my trade in. Would definitely deal with Pothier Motors Mr Tim McPhee and the finance women (So sorry forgot your name) She was very efficient and detailed and would definitely deal with the entire team in the future with out a second thought. Thank you.

I dealt with Tim McPhee and Jamie Pothier here getting my Ram 2500 Power Wagon. Tim and Jamie we super helpful and very good at keeping me in the loop on the progress. We had a small little snag that set me behind a full day, but it was another saleman who had the issue and was fairly rude. But this still did not stop my great experience with Tim McPhee. He is great to deal with for anyone wanting a big truck once this crazy pandemic calms down. Pothier Motors are in a league of their own when it comes to truck owners. Very happy with my purchase!

Was shopping for my first Jeep, a friend suggested Brett at Pothier Motors. I called and made an appointment and ended up placing an order for a new Wrangler.

I’ve purchased numerous new vehicles over the years and I have to say, dealing with Brett and Pothier’s was super smooth and easy. I would recommend giving them call if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Outstanding service and willing to make the best deal. The cliché of “If you want a better deal go outside Halifax”- is real. And Pothier Motors is a shining example of that. My purchase experience was second to none. Plenty of support after the sale as well.
That being said:
The service department is not as knowledgeable as they should be. An issue with changing tire size and their knowledge/willingness to do so made the service experience subpar.

Best of service on every level! Brett is fantastic to deal with and makes everything flow smoothly!

Nikki Myers was very professional and (something you never see in the Halifax dealerships) treated me with respect. My last vehicle was purchased at O'Regans Toyota and I was amazed at the arrogance of the staff. With Pothier Motors, they are very courteous and service means something.
