Princess Nails

I had a lovely experience at Princess Nails. I got a shellac mani & pedi from Julia. She was very easy to chat with, very professional! My feet feel amazing and my nails look great! I will be back to see Julia!

Me and my mother got our nails and toes done today we have the best time everyone was so nice and they did a amazing job thank you so much can't wait to see u all again soon

These nails were done 4 days ago and started chipping the day I got them several hours after. The retention has grown out quite quickly and the base acrylic coat is starting to discolour. I often come to this location frequently for my nails and their services and results are typically very well done. Not impressed!

I’ve been waiting an hour just to remove my nails. No one in line only myself! But guess what. 3 people came after me & went before me. Can I understand?
I loved that place until now.

I got my nails done again at Princess nails. Every time I get my nails done here the service and people there were really nice. I met one of their new worker and my nails were beautifully done. I was satisfied by how she shaped my nails. Thank you Lee, hope to see you again.

This place is 10/10. The energy is so positive, everyone is super friendly and they do exactly what you ask for! Henry was amazing, I had went in with a picture of what I wanted for my nails and he was able to quote me right away, he also recreated it perfectly! I’ll definitely be going back for a fill. The only downside was a bit of a wait because of how popular they are. Highly recommend!

I would like to give this business less than one star. I went in with three friends for a pedicure and we all started the foot soak right away. After a couple of minutes, two of my friends started getting a pedicure immediately. I was left to soak for 35 minutes! No one approached me to provide an explanation. I was just ignored. I asked the staff providing pedicures when I was going to be served, but no one could speak English. I was able to get the attention of the guy working/eating at the front desk. He nonchalantly said it would be another 10 minutes. By this time, my friends were finished. I just left with extremely wrinkled, water logged feet. I understand when a business is busy, but just inform the customer. I definitely do not recommend this location. They just don't care about customer time.

I felt that they were rushing, mani and pedi they did it at same time. I called in before going and receptionist said it was okay to come in at 6: 00pm. And then at the payment I informed that manicure was hardly done and wanted a discount he refused. I mean taking alot of money and not getting the service is not acceptable.

Nails are perfect thickness and they were meticulous with the shaping. Super happy with these and will definitely be back!

I'm not one to write reviews and type all this. But when I do, it's something that needs to be said and read for future customers!
I don't get my nails done here anymore - I did years ago, I noticed their pricing is out the roof for the quality. I go to my lovely friend who does amazing work that lasts long for reasonable pricing. I chose a color with her, but I changed my mind after a couple of days. She was busy so today I went to get a nail color changed here since it's 2 minutes away from my house. I love the color I picked. I went to go pay they told me it was $40! I had to ask three times if I was hearing this right? Now, I've taken a school to become a medical aesthetician. I have friends who are aestheticians. I've never once heard or seen this in my lifetime.
My nails are reasonably long but not extreme. I asked how is a color change come up to $40. I am paying for the shellac plus the length of my nails. Understandable, but I still do not understand how it came to that much. Their starting price for a fill is $30 plus tax. No color etc. They were pretty much charging me for a fill set. Mind you I only color changed 8 fingers. I still had to pay which I mentioned $25, that was still much, but I understood the concept of the length of my nails. After all of that, that reminded me once again why I never go there again. S/O to the desk guy, he's cool.
(FYI Princess' nails, change your files for every use on a customer. That is a health hazard. I noticed all the nail technicians had dual used files.ew).

I usually have a mani and pedi.shellac & other times just nail varnish. I go to the same person every time and I really like her work. I book an appointment with Lan.

Date of service was Friday, March 15,2019. This was my first experience. The girl I had was really nice and she did a good job trimming my cuticles. However, when I got to look at the nail color after wards I noticed it wasn’t down to the cuticle all the way, and I am not one to complain but this honestly looks like my nails have already grown out for a week or more. Other than that they do look good and I like them it just would have been nice to enjoy them longer. I’m sure it depends on who you get as well, I’m just here to give an honest review! So if I could recommend anything it would to be aware of that. Next time I will pay more attention! Lol

9 out of 10 times I get excellent service there is the odd time that I feel that something could have been a bit better.but that's everything in life!
