Princess Nails

Horrible place.the girl my friend usually goes to was fully booked so we went here.they kept switching people back and forth and they did it was to quick. Application was bumpy and they weren’t filed right.they put the wrong letter as well.and to add they charged 75 dollars cause we added a small design like? Don’t go here there nails are horrible.and to add on the lady is so rude she grabs stuff from your hand without asking first she just snatched the polish out.

They took me in as a walk-in and I must say I had one of the best manicures I have ever had. Superb!

Had an okay pedicure experience but my manicure was atrocious.
Nails were not soaked, did not cut them, did not even clean up my hangnails or cuticles.

This is the only place I go to for my nails. I get Danny to do them and they are always perfect!

The man doing my pedicure tired to use the same dirty tools he just did the lady sitting next to me pedicure! I called him out and he said no no and put it on the floor then when he thought I wasn't looking grabbed it off the floor with the dead skin on it and tired to act like it was a different tool. No way would I let him use that one my feet! This place needs to be investigated!

This was my second time at princess nails. I didn't enjoy being yelled at, or how everything felt extremely rushed. But what really bothers me is the obvious lack of sanitation and how while they were rushing they used some grinding machine thing on my nails but weren't gentle about it at all and my nails have been hurting since, what on earth? Unfortunately I will not be back, not sure why theyre blatantly disregarding people's safety and health now.: (

My mom, my daughter and i went in with an appointment for 1pm. They were all busy and we waited for about 30 mins, then put in soak, cool water and left for another 30+ mins. When they finally served us it was rushed. Had to tell the guy to cut my toes properly. Barely buffed the heals. The attention time was rushed, terrible service. The guy that painted, was good. 1st and last time going there. 2 hours later and 170 bucks.don't bother

Have been coming here for years. Came today to get a fill and a pedicure.walked in and very busy. I said I can come back and the woman said no go pick a colour so I was picking my colour and she started yelling at me to come sit down. I said I haven't picked a colour yet and she was yelling saying she was very busy basically telling me to hurry up. I was like Oh okay I'll leave then. I will NEVER come back here again! Worst service I have ever had anywhere!

Terrible service. Not sanitary! One person working on multiple people. Did not wash hands. Called ahead and still waited 45 minutes for a manicure! The woman compared my nails to the client next to me and called me out for being a nail biter. None of my nails are shaped the same, the service was rushed and the way they filed my nails was so aggressive my fingers are sore. Money hungry, I will not return. Take your money elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here over the years, and the owner Lily has rushed so bad on my nails cutting my fingers many of times.
But this last time took the cake, I have an absolute gash in my finger. It bled everywhere, she quickly grabbed my finger and glued it to stop the bleeding.
Machines were not sanitized, and I had

to walk out, in pain and fearing of infection. This happened Saturday June 24, and my finger is still in extreme amount of pain a week later.

I also do not like the fact there’s multiple people working on 1 client, one does not know where the other worker has left off.resulting in the work being applied over and over. Grinding my nails over and over making them paper thin. I unfortunately won’t be back.

Friendly people but I was overcharged for my services…. I was told 115 over the phone then it changed to 145$ after I was ready to pay I suggest another nail salon

They were rude, pushy, terrible job on my nails and gave me the wrong change back from $100.00.will never be back

What a fantastic job they did of my Winter feet! Could not be happier. Clean, efficient and such precision. My feet look lovely again and ready for Summer.

I been coming to this location for years now. I called in to make sure it was okay to come in & explained ahead of time that i wanted toe nail colour and gel nails with design. She said no problem. When I arrived I get in a seat right away. I started looking at the colours an within a couple of mins the book was wripped out of my hands an said i could pick later. When i brought up the picture idea of what i wanted she told me no they don'tdo designs although i get designs every trip i go there. Than she said if i wanted the design on my finger nails i would need to come back another time because now shes too busy to finish the job they started with me. Ive never been so mistreated or disrespectrd infront of a room full of strongers while getting service, than had the audacity to charge me $75 for a full pedicure which i did not ask for nor receieve. Never again will i vist this location. Horrible

Charged my younger sister TWICE the quoted price. Absolutely predatory.
EDIT: I also just learned they TOOK HER CARD OUT OF HER HAND AND TAPPED IT when she tried to argue, which is illegal. I will personally paint your toenails if it keeps you out of this place.

Went there with someone else it was super busy and the nail techs kept jumping from client to client. They did the wrong length so they fixed it for me which is fine but they left my hand sitting in acetone for a really long time. They flooded my cuticle area with acrylic on multiple nails and never fixed it. One of my nails is significantly thinner than the rest of them. They didn’t listen to me when I mentioned it they also talked about me in a different language Which I found extremely rude when I went to pay the lady that was checking us out took the debit machine with my card in it and pressed a button that caused me to be charged an extra like $30 on top of what I was gonna pay because I was going to tip and everything Just overall not great service you don’t need a appointment because they don’t go by appointments anyways will not be going back

My nails didn’t last one week. They weren’t glued on properly. Super fast service. Unfortunately do not recommend for an 80$ service

Probably the worst mani/pedi I have ever received. Went in today and started with cold water, had them add some hot but still cold. Then I had three different employees do my pedicure, which first two were pretty good. The last one also did my manicure, fastest one ever! Even gave me cream and told me to rub it in to my hands. I was definitely not informed on all the extra pricing for various things (10$ for a little bit of sea salt!). That was on me as I should have inquired beyond the advertising out front of the special $50 mani/pedi. Mine some how become $140 minus tip which I gave for the first employees benefit. They do not inform you of all the added prices and even suggested tips but no mention of the higher price ones again for this. After paying that I went home and had to file my nails as they were jagged and uneven. My nails are uneven and different lengths. Had them done to go away and ended up so disappointed. First and last time there. Reading reviews now, I see I am not alone and sure it does not matter to them, but hopefully I can save someone else this upset

I have gone to get my acrylic nails done on December 31st 2022. Within 2 days, 2 nails have fallen off. I have gotten my nails done here before and they usually last WEEKS. I am not rough with my nails so im very disappointed to have wasted my time and money for them to be falling off.

Only came here because La nails was all booked up and I couldn’t wait but I will never make that mistake again. Lady was super rough, and legit the quickest most rushed fill I’ve ever had. She charged me 75 dollars because I wanted some sparkle polish on the tips so it was apparently extra… super thin to the point I know they aren’t going to last 3 weeks… never again will I ever go back! If I could give zero stars I would.

Took my niece and daughter for mani pedis, they have a 50$ deal but somehow it came to 209$ for 2x mani pedi. Don't go, save your money.
