When to this location for the first time with my bestie for manicures an pedicures and not even 24 hours later our nails started to chip………… we paid extra for shellac which is not supposed to chip that easily an we both take really good care of our selves… we’re both really annoyed at the quality of service we received…. They couldn’t even do what we wanted… the one lady said yes an the other cranky one said no…. Not only that but they cut my friends toe twice an didn’t apologize…also no receipt.pretty sure they over charged us… tried to call to get a refund but apparently they don’t give refunds…. But we are very unhappy with our nails… very upset an just frankly annoyed we paid a lot of money an our nails are ruined…. Don’t go here…. Waist of time and money….

Rough handling, rude, cold, expensive. Took 3 hours! Will not return. I asked for a bio gel fill and that’s not what I received. They used powered gel I asked for bio gel fill and I’m sure they lied and gave me regular powdered gel. Bio gel is a one-step product applied in layers to form the nail structure. Dip powder requires a powder and an adhesive mixed in layers to achieve the nail style.

Came in for a gel fill she laid Acrylic on of my gel nails and continued to do so after I told her it was gel took at least 2 hours for a FILL stopped multiple times while doing my nails to go out to a vehicle grab a box of groceries bring them in and to the back room where they do waxing literally cooking food in the wax room and then tried to charge me $97 excluding the tip FOR A FILL when I asked why it costed so much she said it was for the design (basic French tip) when I explained I didn’t think it would cost over $80 she asked how much money I had (not enough) I had to borrow money from a friend and still didn’t have enough charges me $92.75 it was literally every penny I had couldn’t even tip I’ve gone here many times before and was never charged that much for a fill I’m now actually broke for a whole week I work 3 jobs and get paid minimum wedge I was a loyal customer and they had minor flaws that I was able to look past but this has been my last straw I paid $108.50 for a full set of French tips including the tip just 2 weeks prior! Do not go here! My mother recommends LA and A nails on Sackville drive

Needless to say AWFUL.treated me with 0 respect and charged me $20 more because of how short my nails were. I only went to get them PAINTED! Learned to just paint them at home.very disappointed.

Tracy is awesome. Location is easily accessible. Nails are beautiful. Very satisfied would recomend

$40 to put polish on a 3 year olds nails thats just insane.my fault for not asking up front the cost as the cost elsewhere runs $12-$15 so I assumed.lesson learned go elsewhere!

Unfortunately, my experience was very traumatic at this nail salon. I asked to have my acrylic nails removed. It was the most painful experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I kept asking the technician to be more careful, and she continued to hurt me. I told her she was hurting me and pulled my hand away more than one time. I had dents in my nails when I left, and showed the work to others who could not believe the damage that was done to my nails. The cost was $70.00 as I would never leave and not pay, but I paid this amount for severe damage to my nails. I will never ever go back and hope to warm others about this painful and upsetting experience.
