I recently had an unfortunate experience with Pro Cycle. Initially, they quoted me for three hours of work on my bike, which seemed reasonable. However, after dropping off my bike, I was later informed via phone that the work would take 10 hours. To add insult to injury, they charged me $60 just for a technician’s assessment Feeling disappointed, I took my bike to RPM Cycle the very next day. To my surprise, RPM Cycle was able to complete the work in under an hour. The stark difference in service and efficiency between the two establishments was clear. While I can highly praise RPM Cycle for their professionalism and swift work, I would advise others to approach Pro Cycle with caution based on my experience.

Been coming to Pro Cycle since I was a kid, and my dad has been going since before I was born, and it is by far our favourite shop in the city! Tons of inventory, always have what you need (and if they’re out of stock on something they’re always super quick to order it in), and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and myself went in to purchase a rubicon 520, when we went inside Justin and Adam were very friendly, helpful and honest. They told us because of covid things were on order and could be awhile. Honesty was great to us rather then say it would be a few weeks. They were pretty much dead on with the time frame and we were willing to wait. Jeff in finance was extremely professional, also very versatile. The time frame that Justin gave us when the machine showed up at pro cycle for adding the accessories and pick up time was Precise. Over in apparel we purchased two helmets and two bluetooth, Kat was very helpful and installed the Bluetooth for us. Our overall experience was exceptional. If we could give them higher then 5 stars we would! Probable one of the best purchase experiences we have ever had. The Brines

Sometimes you wish they would let you give more than 5 stars. I would for Pro Cycle.
As a US based rider with a broken bike far from home, I was completely depended on the competency and professionalism of the nearest KTM dealer. Fortunately for me that was Pro Cycle. Once the manager understood my situation she jumped into action to get me back on the road.
There were issues with parts availability that Pro Cycle along with KTM of Canada were able to make work to get me rolling again in just 48 hours. I really appreciated the tremendous flexibility of Pro Cycle, and KTM for their superior customer service in my situation.
After 3,700 miles (5,950km) we are back home safe and appreciative of the work Pro Cycle did to make that happen.

Very bad experience recently,
Bought a pair of new tires and gave just the rims for installation. Kept the front brake rotors on the rims. Tires were installed properly, but both my front rotors were bent. Didnt expect this from experts.

Super helpful and knowledgable staff. I recently bought a cruiser so have been going in a LOT lol, every time I go in they are welcoming and helpful. We are lucky to have a shop like this in town.

Shantal/Chatal really helped me out after a half dozen calls into the parts department for additional parts required to be ordered. Very kind, friendly voice on the phone. She deserves some credit. Left her a 20$ tims card too and this review. Good employees are hard to find. Treat them well.

I have been a loyal customer of Pro Cycle for over 25 years and recently dealt with Ashton Muise and purchased a new Suzuki SV650 from him. Ashton and his team made the entire purchase experience a smooth and pleasant one. Sincere thanks to everyone I dealt with!

Nice store, unfortunately thats about it. Employees have ZERO knowledge so you better know exactly what your looking for. Two occasions they sold me the wrong parts after giving them exactly every detail needed. Most recently went in for everything I need for a fluid change.

I trusted the people at the service counter knew what they were talking about considering they looked it up on the computer. Didn't sell me enough oil wich left me short on a Friday night when everything was closed. After looking into it my self the front and rear diff take different fluids as the rear brake has a wet brake system. Disappointing is an understatement, you're supposed to be a professional dealership.

I have been to pro cycle for service on my bike. I have been in the store for gear and with friends shopping for new bikes. I love the staff in all three departments. There are several bike shops closer to me. The quality of staff at Pro Cycle is worth the extra distance.

I had a problem with my pioneer 1000 shifting poorly dropped of bike first week of June. Got back after 1 month and 600$. 10 minutes on trail same problem took back next day, they thought the clutch would need replaced quote of 2200.2 months later and 5000$. Drove for about 10-15 minutes same thing. Took back next day another month goes by get bike back tried to charge me another 800$ got them down to 200$. That was yesterday today tried to go on a run with the boys, tomorrow have to take bike back again because now I only have first gear. Surprise surprise. All I can say is if you plan on taking your bike to pro cycle for service make 2 appointments 1 with them and 1 with your doctor because your not right in the head!

Nice place to shop lots of inventory and parts they have a well train service department too.
