The floral arrangement they made for me as a surprise for my sister was absolutely gorgeous. PROPS will now be my 'go-to' floral shop when visiting Halifax or sending to anyone there. The owner & staff are lovely and extremely obliging especially when I had to delay the pickup by a day. Love everything about the shop!

Jayme, Ashley, and the team at Props Floral are superstars. We had them do florals and greenery for our wedding, including boutonnières and corsages. They have such a beautiful vision when it comes to their pieces and execute all the details so well. They truly listened to what my favourites were when it came to the bouquet and did a stunning job. I mean, those dahlias! I can also attest that they use high-quality and fresh products, as the greenery was used to decorate the mantelpiece at our place afterwards and the bouquet lasted for over a week. Thank you for adding so much to our day.

Wonderful flowers! We absolutely love how they're natural / wildflowers. I don't imagine I'd go anywhere else for an anniversary bouquet

Beautiful! This was a gift, we live out of town. Website is easy to navigate, good variety of selections, and excellent customer service. These "happy birthday! " flowers were delivered with no issue and the arrangement was as we hoped.

I ordered a bouquet for someone living in the area and they sent me an email containing a picture of the arrangement once it was complete. The bouquet they made was absolutely beautiful. It's very clear that they take a lot of pride in their work and hold them selves to a high standard. I'm thoroughly impressed.

I stumbled upon Props and I’m so glad I did. They have the most charming shop, with plenty of beautiful home accents and of course flowers. But the best part about visiting is the people—they were so kind, friendly, and welcoming.

Service was outstanding! I am living in Vancouver BC and was looking to get a plant sent to my sister in Halifax. They sent me all kinds of photos, switched plants with pots and took more photos to send, had many phone calls back and forth and answered multiple questions over the phones. Customer Service is through the roof and my sister loooooves her new plant! Thanks again for all of your help Props Floral!

Used props for my wedding, they were AMAZING to deal with however, a few days before my wedding they emailed saying some specific flowers they ordered for my bouquet didn't come. Which was super disappointing since it was one of the only flowers I actually requested. Otherwise, great experience!

Another 5 Star experience. Props sent me a reminder of my Friend's Birthday and made it so seamless to order another gorgeous arrangement. Best Florist in Halifax for sure. Very talented staff!

Great and trusted florists. They're always ready to create a custom arrangement at the drop of a hat. They keep a good and varied stock of locals and exotics.

However, the real review comes when the recipient's eyes pop open a little bit and they can not hide the little "wow" it brings to them. That's Props. They do not disappoint.

Though I was sad when they moved out of the downtown.

I live out of province but wanted to send flowers to my mother for Christmas. Kaitlyn helped me arrange an incredible bouquet and write a small card.
I had to have a close friend pick them up and deliver them, but when he did my mother burst into tears. (Mission accomplished right boys).

Everybody who woks there is super nice and made me feel welcome even though I was there not long before their closing time (4 pm). The entire sore smelled so nice and it was so nice to be there!

Props has always been a great shop, but the access to the monthly "to the door" deliveries of bouquets has been a big win in my house.

Can't say enough positive things about Props. I found out a good friend had to have emergency surgery, and wanted to send flowers to the QE2. I didn't know what room, but Props assured me they would call patient services and make sure the flowers were allowed and where to be delivered.

I then found out my friend was being moved to the VG. I called Props right away, and they said no problem. They'd figure it out.and they did!

My friend's husband called to thank me for the flowers, and commented that my friend loved them.

What awesome customer service! Anytime I need floral delivery in Halifax, I know who I'm calling! They even sent me a pic of the arrangement before they delivered it! Gorgeous!

Always the prettiest flowers and decor at Props. Needed a couple of white roses to top a wedding cake, and they are almost impossible to find. Props had a few in the shop, some were destined for a wedding arrangment later that day. The staff weren't sure if all were needed, offered to check with the designer who was out of the shop at the time, and Call if they could spare a couple. We figured out some substitutes if roses were not available. Within 10 minutes I had a call, and my flowers were ready for pick up.
This is typical of the service at Props, and it's why we often pop in for flowers for ourselves and friends. They did my daughter's wedding flowers, and they were spectacular. Thanks Props!

Amazing store and lovely people! I had my wedding florals done here (sort of last minute) and just did some Christmas shopping as well. The wedding bouquet was exactly what I had dreamt of - it was perfect. And I got lovely stocking hangers today.

Walked into store for a last minute arrangement for a friend. They stoped what they were doing to help me, and had something ready for me before I could get a latte next door. Beautiful arrangement. VERY friendly and welcoming staff and done within my budget.

Good phone interaction with staff. However arrangement lacks Props usual pizazz.too many greens and not enough flowers. IMO. Will be interested to see what the recipient thinks.

They created an amazing arrangement. Very up to date and modern take on floral arrangements, and about the same price or better than any of the chains. I will be going here for any flower needs!
