Very good breakfast a little expensive service was excellent. I would go back but not too often with price

Me, my girlfriend, my son and my granddaughter went in for a nice breakfast. We walked in and spoke with friends that were also waiting to be seated.we all got seated and waited to be served. The waiter did not come to our table for 15 to 20 mins to get our drink order. Drinks came to us at a decent time. He took our food order and away he went. While we waited for our food our friends we went in with got their meal, finished it and was on the way out, while we were still waiting. So we had been in this restaurant for over an hour and still had nothing to eat. When I asked the guy waiter about our food he said it would be done in in a few more minutes. That was when I said that we will not wait any longer. He told me that we couldn't have been there that long. Just then our food showed up. We decided to eat and got very disappointed as some of our food was cold. Bad experience and gonna be a long time before we will be back and will be telling friends and family of our experience. Our bill was $125.00 and no discount

Had a table of 14 with me, first time at the Truro location. Tanya was the server and they were absolutely fantastic! Fast service and hot food!

Ordered the breakfast poutine. Best hollandaise I ever tasted and the potatoes were absolutely delicious. Our server Tanya was fantastic! Fast, friendly service. My new favorite breakfast spot.

Absolutely amazing. Food was excellent, restaurant was immaculate and the service was impeccable. Mike is easily one of the best waiters I’ve ever had anywhere!

This is my favorite Pur & Simple location out of all the ones I’ve been to in the city. This breakfast was just what was needed for an early morning trip!

I have been to both locations in Dartmouth and was looking forward to visiting the Truro location! Yummy! Excellent food, service and atmosphere!

I was there this morning. Staff friendly. I ordered a waffle and asked to only have raspberries, blueberries and strawberries with the raspberry coulis. It came the fruits looked good at first glance. Turned out that all the fruit had gone bad. Not much of apology just can I bring you something else. I said no. The bill came I was shocked to see full price for my meal. At the very least 50 per cent off. I asked waitress how come nothing was taken off. She said she would check with manager. Manager authorized to take off 7.50. What a joke In the hospitality sector the manager could of come to the table and inquire of the situation. And of course to apologize too. Nothing was said. Sad for a business to not have a proper etiquette. Peopke can have food poisoning from fruits of food that had passed the expiry date. I worked a lot in restaurant. I have my chef s paper, so I know what I m talking about.

Tanya was our server, she was lovely, the food was great and service was even better! We will be back

I was very impressed with this restaurant when I happened upon it in Dartmouth Crossing last year. Very excited to have one of our own. However the last three times I was there, my food came out cold. All three times the response from the servers was “yeah, that keeps happening. ” No offer to take my food back, just walked away.

The food and service here is excellent, Tanya was our server and did a great job, also the restaurant and kitchen area are very well kept and clean.
