Terrible experience with Purolator Dartmouth. They've had my package for nearly a week and refuse to deliver it. Don't use this company. Avoid at all costs.

Delivery van stopped in front of the building. The driver got out of the van. I saw him open the side door and grab a package. Then I saw him put the package back in the van, walk around the van (and doing so, pass 1 meter from the entrance to the building lobby), get into the vehicle and drive away. Soon after, the delivery status was updated to "Unable to deliver - incorrect or missing unit number". I don't know what kind of pressure Purolator drivers have to deal with, but it is a shame that this particular driver did not feel like he had the time to enter the lobby and try to fix the "missing unit number" issue by checking the mailboxes.

Ordered plants online with express shipping.i watched the delivery guy pull into my drive way, and then turn around and leave without delivering my package.when i reached out to customer service they said the parcel had the wrong address on it, and when i ended up receiving it it came with the correct address — the delivery person was just lazy and didn’t want to get out during the rain.unacceptable as it’s LIVE PLANTS and they can die if not delivered on time.extremely disappointed in their service.

Shipped a very expensive package and received excellent service. Very helpful and I left feeling like a made a great choice by shipping from the depot.

Sitting on hold for the 3rd time will my package is sitting in Dartmouth for the 3rd day. Was told yesterday it would be delivered today between 4 and 6 which I've learned through their chat, didn't even make it on the truck today. Purolator lies and uses any excuse to not deliver, as apparent by the comments many others seem to have this same issue, especially in Halifax. Horrible, horrible company with zero customer service. And before someone reaches out asking for an email, the answer is no, you are not getting my email when you can't even do your basic job of delivery a package locally or even giving an accurate time range; why would anyone trust you with their email address?

I am BEYOND frustrated with Purolator. I have been waiting several days now for a delivery scheduled for last week. I've called the 1-888 number several times and cannot get any answers as to when my delivery is expected. It is classified as "heavy" (80.49 lbs) and requires 2 people for delivery. Apparently, they don't employ two delivery people. I don't understand why one person with a hand truck can't wheel an 80lb box. Surely their trucks have hydraulic lifts. But what really gets me is the lack of customer service. Absolutely NO ONE has attempted to reach out to me to explain the delay or to give me alternate solutions. Is it asking too much to be kept informed?

I’ve had an oversized package arrive in Halifax last Wednesday and still yet to have it delivered to my apartment almost a week later. I got email updates until last Thursday evening and then silence. Every time I go to online support, they say it will be delivered “tomorrow” which is a lie. If Purolater can’t deliver on time, then they need to hire more people and get more trucks. This is frustrating as hell.

Absolute worst courier depot EVER. Every time something gets routed through this location you can add up to a month of delivery time. Tracking showed my purchase arrived at this site within 2 days of ordering and now we are a week and half later of 'delayed due to missed connection' errors.

Not sure what the issue with this location is, and honestly if they allowed for counter pick ups I would just go over and get my stuff.

Clean premises, very helpful staff who are knowledgeable and try to help.

Very, very impressed with this carrier and its Burnside, Dartmouth, NS location.

Worst experience, My documents reached 1 week ago. I called customer service 4 times till now I haven't received my documents, I won't use purulator for next time.

Litterally watched the truck drive in and then just left, didnt even stop to deliver the package and had the nerve to say there was no suit number, even though i had given them the correct address and confirmed with them twice and told them their was no suit number that the address i gave them matched the numbers on the house. Would give them a zero stars if possible

The WORST mail carrier ever. "Out for delivery" might as well mean "not coming". You cannot count on these guys to ever deliver anything reliably. The tracking is just useless. "Delayed due to weather " are you joking me? It was a bright sunny day. No what it really means is your driver is taking Friday off because he's lazy and no one holds them accountable. I get all my mail on time from everyone else and not in a million years will Purolator ever deliver on the scheduled date. Ridiculous.

I want to acknowledge the lady at the front desk at the dartmouth location, sadly I don't have her name, but she took the time to help me find my plant package, which was supposed to get delivered the day before but got delayed. Excellent customer service! I typically don't have any issues with purolator, they do a good job delivering my plants! Thank you!

The worst service provider. These guys don't care about customer schedule and reschedule or cancel pickup as per their convenience at the day/time of pickup/delivery.
