Super convenient. The only reason why not 5 stars is that I had issues scanning the bar code

No instructions on how to use the service, tried scanning multiple times no help menu-not user friendly

Machine wasn’t work when I went, but the staff at Michael’s helped me out to get my packages delivered. It was easy enough to scan and load it in. Super nice to have it there!
