I took 3 pair of boots, each pair around $300 that I couldn’t use because I killed my heels… they fix them super fast (literally same day because I needed at least one pair to go out), the owner really know what’s customer excellence, I will totally recommend you to take your loved shoes there! I won’t use anyone but them for it:)

It honestly hurts me to write this review and I struggled to decide whether I should. Lovely lovely people, so kind. But the stitch on the bag is completely crooked. Thread colour is wrong. I can understand it might be hard to match the colour but the fact that the stitch is not even straight really saddened me. I will have to somehow get this fixed at another place, don’t know if I can at this point.

Took my Birkenstocks here to be resoled and recorked in a couple of places. Customer service was good but shoes are… ok.

They aren’t a masterpiece, but they are wearable whereas they were not before.

The cork is uncoated, so I will have to purchase cork sealer or something. The corking is also uneven and has cracks.

The soles look great except that they got what looks to be glue from adhering the soles on the straps on the shoes.

This shop is great for getting keys cut. I had a broken key. N he cut it for me free of charge. As he didn't know if it worked. But it worked. So give him a 5 star review.

Quick and thorough repairs at reasonable price. The stitching on my favourite Blundstones had begun to unravel, but they came back to me cleaned and polished and looking like new! Highly recommended.

Brought in a brand new pair of black boots that I accidentally stained all over with a waterproof spray, I was so upset and thought I ruined them…BUT they were able to get it all off, and now are a nice brand new black again! I am so relieved! Super nice people too:)

The heels were wearing down on my pair of Thursdays, so I got a new set of heel soles put on. They were done two days later and looked better than the day I bought them! Fast and friendly service.

I love this place so much I'd like to give 6 stars! I've been bringing my Birks and various hiking boots/shoes here for decades, and they always do a fantastic job for an unbelievably good price (I've honestly thought they misspoke sometimes the price was so low). If you want a high quality, sturdy repair for a great price, they cannot be beat. They even managed to repair a favourite work boot that had been torn up by a chainsaw, which I thought was beyond help.

The only place you should be taking your shoes, belts, and purses to get fixed! Whether it's stitching, re-soleing, or rejuvenating leather (or other services), they do amazing work. Always so friendly and services are beyond well-priced!

I highly recommend this business. It's all about the quality of workmanship and the customer service. I commend them as well for still only accepting cash payments.

I brought my shoes into QSR last week and they told it would take a week to repair. They called me in 4 days. Repaired with vibram soles. My shoes look amazing. Best shoe repair shop in Halifax period.
