I just visited this store for the first time and I loved it! Huge selection of products and they carry more than just smoking things. There is sage, natural products, coffee, and pet supplies. I love it! My only complaint is that I might spend too much when visiting! Love the surprise bags too. So fun.

Non-existent customer service. Went there yesterday, I was not acknowledged at all, no hello, no how can I help you, nothing. One woman was working but she was just sitting at the cash chatting it up with some dude the whole time. I wanted to get a bong but they are all locked behind glass and they rarely show the price. I finally decided to get some service for myself and walked over to the counter, but as soon as I started walking over to her she walked away to ask two customers (that came in after me) if they needed help with anything. It was right then I decided to just walk out. I was prepared to buy right then too. Won't be back.

A little limited in what I was looking for exactly, but compared to the zero options at another store. The staff was very helpful.
