Very It is the worst bank ever. Some employees need training for good treatment. I had a bad experience and I do not recommend it.

Looks like your branch need s to put more staff on Saturdays. The line up to see a teller is terrible. There are elderly people standing waiting forever. Good thing I’m here for my mother. I would not want to see her stand and wait is this line up as she wouldn’t make it. Terrible service for wait times. Your bank needs to do better

Never enough tellers on, always a line up that is consistently over 20 minutes to see a teller.

Profits more important than customer service.

This is the worst branch for Banking. Some of the Representative in this branch are very unprofessional and have no knowledge about the banking procedure. One associate provided me all wrong info and literally i had to close all my accounts with rbc. Think before visiting this branch.

Can't even call the branch to talk to someone there about something specific to the branch. They expect you to call into the call centre to have the call centre rep guess at the answer themselves. So convenient, I have to drive to the branch to ask the question in person.

Then the line is always long at the branch, so it's not as if freeing up the phones even helps.

All staff there are untrained and make lots of mistakes. HUGE mistakes! Manager is useless. Walks around and does nothing. Only pretends to be busy. They always have long line ups and never enough front desk staff. Other staff just walk around and chat with each other even though there is a huge line up. If they have that much free time maybe they should assist the front desk! Everyone there is simply useless. Horrible branch, horrible bank. I'm switching to a different bank!

I have gone to this branch a couple of times to get change, the wait times are usually okay however make sure you keep your receipts as I was overcharged for taking out change. Will not be visiting this branch again.

I went to this branch to open a couple business bank accounts and was given an appointment with Elisabeth Gottselig. She was very friendly and easy to talk to, she made the process smooth and was very helpful in making sure I had everything that I needed. If you need a financial advisor to help you with your accounts, I highly recommend asking for her!

Gone a few times now in the space of few weeks and just a horrible experience over all, my small issue that has been prolonging for so long did not get resolved despite going into branch three times. I would highly recommend to stay away from this branch and try the other branches within the city.

Not once do I walk in here for less than 45 minutes. No matter how simple it is. Tellers ALWAYS have to get someone else (Sometimes two extra people) to figure out how to satisfy your request. Might as well jsut ask for the manager when you get in. The dumb layout causes you to fight with the clients on either side for volume to hear your teller or them hear you. The plastic walls are a joke - not sure why they are still up - everyone including the tellers go around them. I'm forced to bank there for now, but counting the days until I can take my business elsewhere.

The wait time at this location is ridiculous! At this moment, another customer is complaining about it.

To add insult to injury, other staff are walking by and no one except us customers seem to notice.

In 30 years with RBC I have never seen it this bad!

Where are the staff that typically greet you at the door? !?

Love the bank, hate the branch. Slowest in the HRM by far. Doesn't matter the time of day. Line up. For a least 20+ min every time.

They have the worst customer service ever I go there every Friday and there's always a line up and only 2 tellers servicing a long line while everyone else is hiding in their offices. They come out walk right by the customers look them in the eyes and ignore them. Or you have some tellers where they just leave on breaks while there's a big line up and no one even take their place. Absolutely no work ethics and zero care for the customers as if we don't have jobs to go back to.

Although your experience might be different than mine, but overall good team and friendly representatives. The branch just needs more employee in order to assist all customers in a orderly fast way. Don’t forget to grab a coffee while in there.

We went to open a savngs account to my senior Father in law who was with me. We arrived 10: 37.7 minutes late on our 10: 30! Appt. NO Receptionist we sat on the couch and waited and doesn't know who to approach. Until somebody came to us and ask if we are there for an appt and we said yes.she went to one of the rooms and came back since we are late 10 minutes the ADVISOR who is suppose to talk with us got new client. FORGOT TO GET THE NAME OF THE ADVISOR BUT TO TELL YOU YOU ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO COME OUT AND TALK TO US. GOT OUR MORTGAGE WITH RBC BUT DEFINITELY NOT RENEWING WITH THEM.
