It was close to closing time and the teller was very short with me. I took in some change to have them exchange (I already counted but did not have put into coin rollers) for me into bills; was told that they "have no way to count that here" and was given coin rollers and sent on my way. I had no idea a bank couldn't take loose change. I gave 3 stars because the teller was not very kind about it and could have handled it a different way.

I am sure it depends on the teller you get, but I had an absolutely horrible experience at this bank the other day, not to mention i have been a long time customer.
After politely describing my concerns and current situation that I need 'advice' on, I was given a blank stare and a smirk and a defensive tone of voice. This prompted me back to being defensive which quickly escalated to the teller side glancing at other teller and not giving me anything, just blank stares. I completely exploded. I learned a very important lesson from this experience. My big breakthrough: do not ask tellers on personal financial advice, clearly it isn't their job, simply, and very kindly ask "may I please speak with an advisor". You will most likely save alot of time and patience. Maybe this is a very obvious point, but unfortunately I had to learn the hard way. Again I think it is a roll of the dice with who you get as customer service tellers, but clearly rbc is doing a spotty job at hiring people with good customer service skills

Horrible services, customer service is completely usless constant lies and ignorance ive been an rbc client for years and hated every moment of it deff will be switching banks, F U RBC

Friendly staff. It's a bank. There's really not a whole lot to say honestly. RBC has been a long time favorite of mine. Especially since they are upping there tech game to be competitive

They do seem backed up often, which is a small problem, but nothing worth deducting a star for. I've never waited super long.

To whom it concerns I've been a long-time customer of the RBC and every time I go in there's only two tellers working with a huge line up I want to get in my safe deposit box for the 5th time and same issue so I totally believe that you do have a problem and it should be delt with. Im thinking of moving institutions, you do need to fix this issue.
