I don't understand why we need real estate agents anymore if the guy or girl who is trying to buy the house has to run around and find the house then contact the real estate agent to them to go see it why do we need real estate agents that's my situation I had an agent that worked for Remax I did all the work I did all the research the agent showed up looked around and said just make an offer but why then it was just sit back and hopefully they will get back to you which I never did Remax is by far the worst real estate Brokerage in the city never again will I deal with them

This one is totally the best due to the massive amount of marketing, they are the largest in the world.
