The staff are awesome.all the departments work together to make sure I'm taken care of. I alway feel like I am being treated more than fair. 5 star customer experience every time.

Mid summer we at Arbuckle's Towing were called by CAA to tow some motorcycle tourists from Quebec that had a flat on one of their bikes. It was after 5 pm and all shops were closed. To complicate things a bit the folks had reservations in Antigonish that night so through a friend I was able to contact Redline Sport & Cycle owner, Dale, who went out of his way to make the 25 minute drive from his home to Redline Sport where we met him so the bike could be stored safely inside until the following morning when it would be repaired. This greatly took a load off the tourists so they could get to their accommodations and continue to enjoy our beautiful Province of Nova Scotia.

Great experience with Redline cycle! Coming from Ontario and in need of an emergency set of tires, they were able to get me in the same day I called and replace both tires on my motorcycle. Other shops either didn't answer the phone, didn't have stock, or told me they couldn't get me in for a month. Service was fast and professional, and prices were quite reasonable. I was given a discount on each tire and the shop rate was quite competitive. Thanks for getting me out of a jam! I would happily return if ever in the area again.

Redline works on all my recreational toys (motorcycle. Side x side. Snowmobile) and are always professional and courteous. Very knowledgable.

Bought a new chainsaw at Redline and the service and pricing were the best in town. The saw was completely ready to go including gas and oil, and warranty was all set up there by the staff. The whole experience was a complete pleasure and the product knowledge and service were provided by the owner.
