Great hotel with beautiful designed rooms. Pool and gym are nice. Continental Breakfast is really good, and staff and management are very friendly and professional. Everything in the hotel is well-designed and crafted, and the check-in process was easy and seamless. I Will definitely stay again whenever I’ll be in town.

If possible I will give zero for customer service. We had a late check in and I had displeasure of checking in with Mohammed. I wanted to redeem my e-gift card through Marriott Bonvoy and for some reason he had no idea of how to do it and instead of being helpful he touted company policy and asked us to pay it on our credit card. When I disagreed and asked to speak to supervisor/ manager he said that he was the asst supervisor/ manager and the only way we could checkin is by placing block on the card for full amount. At one point he also suggested that I wait in the lobby until Mon to talk to the manager. He then threatened us that he would call the cops on us if we don’t agree to pay or leave the premises. He called the cops on us to intimidate us under the false pretence that we were yelling at him. I got in touch with the customer service at Marriott Bonvoy and talked to a very helpful representative. Cops arrived and asked us about what was happening and listened to my interaction with Marioot Bonvoy customer rep and then left. The rep was quite helpful and she gave us the number for gift card support. I spoke to Michelle at gift card payment and she asked to speak with the front desk (by that time front desk staff had changed) and thankfully rude Mr Mohamed was not there. I handed my phone to Patrick. Michelle asked for details and guided Patrick on how to redeem the e-gift card and we were able to pay for our stay through the gift card. This whole process took more than 2+ hours. Management need to do better job in training your customer facing staff on how to interact with guests and not have staff in the front desk if they are not willing to go an extra mile to help a paying customer. We were treated as if we were looking for a free stay and Mohammed did not stop to think “how can I solve this guests problem and help her out”.

For the most part, my stay here was excellent!

Room was very nice and modern, bed was comfortable, great view, quiet room for most part, good temperature control, front desk was great, hotel is conveniently located to many shops and places to eat.

Unfortunately, I do have 2 complaints. The first is with the shower, and the absolute lack of pressure and door coverage. You cannot close the shower door (there is no door), but there isn't enough water pressure or water generation in general to provide enough heat to outdo the cold air coming in from the lack of door. This feels like poor forward thinking with design.

My second complaint is with the morning cleaning staff. Vacuuming right outside my door at 7am, completely waking me up. Why do this so early, and why right outside somebodies door? I understand things need to be cleaned, but the majority of people (especially on a weekend) are still sleeping at that time. I would be worried about staying at this hotel again for this reason.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest hotels in the Halifax Dartmouth area. The pool is Clean and the water slide is awesome, we had a great time here and will be back! Thank you

Everything is perfect except for the stupid parking lot. Whoever designed it, was not thinking.

Great service, clean room, & customer service/management. The breakfast was great too. My wife & I stayed three nights. Excellent place to stay.

Rooms were great as well as the service, the only thing missing is place to eat or have a drink after 10: 00.pm

Great Hotel, The rooms come with a cooking area fridge dishwasher all the things if you were coming up for a number of days.
There is even an outside barbeque to use.this is great if you coming up to Halifax and doing some shopping, it is in Dartmouth crossing one of the newest shopping areas in Dartmouth. You are very very close to Costco, IKEA and other shopping experiences.
Plus here you are right across the road from Tim Hortons an easy walk or McDonald’s and the keg The spots are like two minutes away. Other nice restaurants are slightly further away but very very close.
The theatre is very close as well
This is one of the spots to come.

Staff was extremely rude, forced us out of our room at 2am in the morning and refused us any reason compensation. Would never stay at this hotel ever again, wouldn’t recommend anyone stays here

Just checked in today and extremely disappointed. Specifically booked two queen bed rooms n once we got here the stories of y both were not available kept changing n were ridiculous. So much for calling ahead of time. Drove from NB and very disappointed. Is there a point of being a Marriot member seems we were treated even worse.

Clean, nice rooms, great service - literally the least comfortable couch I've ever sat on in the Suites though. "Full kitchen" (as listed on Expedia) also does not include kettle nor oven (Is a Kitchenette) Internet service very slow, even upon paying for the upgrade. Recommend against paying for the upgrade, it's not worth it. Otherwise good experience. Would recommend, as long as you know what you're getting:)

The hotel was very nice and clean and the pool is awesome and fun. And Starbucks is a nice touch, me and my friends loved the drink from Starbucks

Very friendly staff great clean room nice bathroom and shower very modern which is nice. Also the two bedroom sweet is very spacious perfect for a family highly recommend this hotel

Very clean, and quiet. Pool area was clean as well. Great rates and located very close to everything in Dartmouth Crossing.

The hotel was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large and clean. The service was wonderful. Luiz at the Bisto was so nice and helpful. And Latie at front desk is very bubbly and helpful. Would return there again. Nice to have such a nice place in Dartmouth. Will return for sure. And I heard someone say they were upset there was no kettle in there room. I requested one and had it in my room in 3 minutes and had it fir the 2 days I was there. Not one complaint.

Brand new hotel opened in Jul 2019. A great room, my son loves the water slide and pool and friendly staff.
