Rhyno’s

Had what I thought were good experiences with Rhyno's service, until I found out their work wasn't to code, and I was denied an oil delivery. Rhyno's did not stand behind their work and charged me $1300 to fix what they failed to install correctly (to code) the first time. Never again will I work with them. Never. Buyer beware

I’ve used Rhyno a few times, racking up quite the bill. This final instance has had me very frustrated. I have had them multiple times check my well for issues, and provide the wrong solution costing me a lot of money, then not finding the problem at all. I was never contacted with an explanation or solution, even though I called almost daily requesting the plumber to call me, which I was promised would happen. I still now weeks later after being charged have not received a phone call. I ended up using another plumbing company and they were able to quickly assess and fix my problem. I am very disappointed and will not be using them again, and don’t recommend them.

I had an emergency and used the emergency call out. The on-call plumber was lazy, rude and did everything he could to show his disinterest. He spouted off high $ that was COD. Lazy and unprofessional. One star because he returned my call. Terrible.

John arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If we proceed with the job we will certainly use Rhyno’s.

Ian was terrific. Professional, efficient, solved our problems and answered our questions. Overall, an excellent customer experience.

We had Heat pumps installed and the crew that came to install the system were amazing. (Justin, Colby, Brayden & Mackenzie). We were not happy with the initial way the pumps were going to be installed and all of them went above and beyond to come up with a plan that we were happy with.

Well the furnace is still not working it worked fine while the repair guys was here but the next night it started to do the same thing so I’m not overly happy it started doing this Friday night January 28th

I'm very happy with the quality and service that my wife and I received. We converted our front closet to a powder room. The guys came and ran the plumbing and installed the fixtures. They were friendly and knowledgeable and they went to great efforts to keep the area tidy and to leave it reasonably tidy at the end of the day. The work looks greay. I would definitely call them again. Thanks

Professional and did the job quickly & explained everything. The issues I have are walking to and from the work area, creating a mess from the wet weather. Mud & water trails through the house. Also, I have a double driveway, but he still managed to drive into my lawn. ‍️

Had the problem figured out and repaired very quickly! Also explained how the system worked and what to watch for in future.

I called Ryhnos up for a simple job of changing my bathroom and kitchen drainage into my spetic. At first the dishwasher/ kitchen sink was leaking super bad after the plumber changed the pipes for it.then the next day they cut holes in my vanity in my bathroom. They left it and never told me.

So I call them up to fix it and they made me wait 3 weeks. They said they were going to glue wood it in to make it flush and look fairly new and nice still. They lied, they came and insist to my wife that said they were not going to do that. They wanted to spray foam it. They were also very mean to my wife when I was out at work.

Do not hire Ryhnos.they damaged my property and took no responsibility for what they did.

Great service! My sewer lines backed up and needed to be replaced. The staff showed up early and got got the job done quickly without any problems. They explained everything as they were working and fixed some issues that happened because of the original build. Would definitely recommend.

Rhyno’s installed a whole house heat pump system for us. They did a great job, were on time each day, kept us well informed & the system works well. I would recommend them and will use them in future.

Sales person said I didn't have enough room to install a new ducted heat pump. I was hoping you could suggest another type that could accommodate my request. Anyways, still getting more prices.

The rhyno team was fast and responsive.i am a new customer and i called with a heating problem and they quickly dispatched a techncian.the technician was very helpful and prepared. Konner took time to familiarize himself with our system and then showed me how each device worked.excellent service and reliable

We had a very unusual noise coming from our new electric boiler. And a call was placed after hours. Within twenty minutes I received a call from on duty technician. Who then showed up in less than a hour. It turned out to just be a contactor that got stuck on. The following morning received a call from rhynos electrician following up to check on the situation. This was followed by the electrician coming up and doing a very thorough check to see why this happened. As always he was very professional and explained everything that he was doing and found to my wife. Definetley peace of mind when dealing with them.

I called to have some of my plumbing re-directed, to have some sewage piping installed, and to have my water treatment system serviced. Sean did it all efficiently and excellently and offered some suggestions for work I'll need done in the future.

I wasn't home at the time that the assessment was done but my husband was and we think two heat pumps would be too much. With good insulation in the house one heat pump will be enough.

I was having a conundrum with my dump zone valve always engaged and couldn’t figure it out. I’m running an oil/wood boiler combo. Mike came over the very next morning and told me what the issue was. One of my smaller, single room zone valves was stuck open (which I knew about and had isolated until I could afford to fix it) and that was opening up the TT circuit because apparently, the end switch on these is mechanical (big ‘duh’ moment). But he was completely cool about it. He came in, checked over the system and figured it out without me even saying I had a failed zone valve! Well, haven’t heard anything about the bill for the road call yet but so far, I’d recommend these guys, especially Ian and Mike, any day of the year.
