Such an amazing place for your spiritual uplift and physical well-being. Team is so attentive to everyone, you will never feel like you are new or will feel stressed for not doing pose correctly. My favourite classes are with Didier Abner, the energy is so invigorating during and after your practice. As well Nicole will help you to build a mental clarity and peace with your body.
It was just my 6th class but I'm am looking forward for many more to join. A big point to add is the highest level of hygiene I've ever seen in any fitness or yoga studios. Don't worry about carrying your shampoo, lotion, etc, you will have everything available at the studio!

One of my favorite yoga studios! The classes are excellent for a strong practice (I typically take flow classes) and the room is heated to a perfect temperature for a good sweat & flexibility. The space is welcoming and I like how they maintain the sanctity of the studio with no mirrors and low lights. Good amount of locker space, too. Namaste!

Rinse Hot Pilates is my new favourite workout class. The instructors are awesome, the workouts are challenging and the room is HOT! Another perk is that if you don’t get into the class you want right away, the waitlist moves pretty quickly.

I have been to Rio and Rinse and have always had a good experience. Great classes and teachers, clean and friendly studios.

The yoga classes are everything I could ask for! Coming from Toronto, this studio gives me perfect variety in class styles and friendly staff to keep my engaged and wanting more!

Just start this years but I love the R studios in Halifax. The teachers and staffs are always really helpful and friendly. I love the Rinse studio downtown = it's really a beautiful and cosy place. Lots of classes to choose from everydays.

Love these classes! I've done mostly pilates at RINSE and its been the best way to start my mornings. Challenging, but very accessible. I have also been using the REST sessions as a way to decompress and they have been very helpful!

When I joined Rinse I was looking for a place that would teach me how to do Yoga and Pilates as well as allow me to have fun with it. I have always been a little self conscious when it comes to working out but at Rinse I feel completely comfortable and enjoy the learning challenge. I love the wide variety of their classes and their instructors are so good at what they do!

Great experience taking classes here! The facilities are clean, the place is organized, and the instructors are passionate about what they do. Playlists are good, too.

The team at Rinse are so kind and helpful, they want to make sure you have the best possible experience! After most hot yoga sessions, you get a cold cloth with essential oils and it is just the absolute best feeling after doing a work out.

Just finished my first full month with RINSE and I've been loving it! I used to do reformers and mat pilates back home and wanted to give hot yoga/pilates a try and it's been amazing! The instructors are so lovely and these classes have allowed me to put my phone down and take time to myself. The front desk staff is also super friendly and I love the vibe of the place

All the stars. Welcoming and well kept space. A variety of class options and times, including early am. Easy online registration. Waitlists have not been a problem (I've gotten in despite them). The best part is the Really Ah-mazing instructors - all four I've encountered so far have seriously blown me away. Feeling grateful and inspired. Definitely keeping this up.

Been attending Nikki Martin’s class on Friday evenings to close out my week. Incredible way to begin the weekend and find some balance. Nikki is super supportive and is able to help the newest if beginners or encourage the very most experienced in the class. If you’re looking to get a sweat on and join a great community, look no further.

I’ve only just started taking classes at R Studios, but I’m completely hooked. Rinse is such a welcoming, judgement free space. The instructors are so professional yet friendly, I always leave feeling absolutely fantastic. R Studios definitely blew my expectations out of the water.
