It's a great place to receive treatment, I knew I had issues and I never knew they could be fixed. So far it's been a great experience and I'm well on my way to recovery. It hurts but it feels great after.

I have been injured for over 20 years. I have seen well over 30 drs and what Dr Roach has done for me is more then any or all of them put together. Dr. Roach has given me hope. Amazing. I had given up but there is hope. I recommend them for everyone who has lost hope. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I see Dr. Boudreau at Roach Chiropractic. At the age of 77 and having chronic arthritis and back pain, as well as trials with acupuncture and an osteopath (they both helped to a certain degree), I was not expecting much. However, after just a few visits, my mobility has improved significantly. Rest breaks are shorter and fewer in numbers, and recovery is faster. I look forward to my reassessment next week. My sleep has improved and I am now getting nine hours per night. All of the staff at this clinic are wonderful, helpful, and caring people. Thank you for being there for me!

Dr Roach is the best chiropractor in Bedford period. I had back, shoulder, knee and hip pain due to my severe scoliosis. Tried other clicnics and phisiotherapy with no improvement. Is all history now. I'm being his patient and visit regularly for many years. If you have an emergency he will accommodate you. I highly recommend his clinic. Thank you.

Wishing Dr Roach was the first chiropractor I had after my 2017 accident. After many years with many other providers he was able to find and adjust subluxations to facilitate even more progress. So pleased even though still a long way to go.
