Employee was rude as soon as I walked in and asked for help. I left and went to Bell where the employee was happy and eager to help

I strongly believe that those who are not built for customer service work at Rogers, and this mall in particular. Went in to try to get some help, as directed by customer care when I called them, and received none from the lady working there. Not only that, but every sentence I started speaking she managed to cut me off and interrupt me. Cell phone plans are so comparable these days, if you can avoid Rogers, I strongly suggest.

Staff is great, the Manager there has the absolute worst customer service in the business. His little game is to draw you into a conflict by lying to your face and then calling security. That's how they handle a 29 year customer. He needs to be fired immediately and Replaced with Katlyn. Never have I received worse service in my life. Never visit this location!
