I've been here almost daily for the past week dealing with renovations and everyone has been beyond helpful

Ver poor customer service from a tall checkout boy.
Right from the get go a bad attitude towards me.
Ok it was Sunday at 16.40,20 minutes from closing.
I asked him about PH+) a swimming pool chemical which is on the Rona site) he didn’t know so asked another employee said “ no “.
At the same time I guess a senior employee came in and explained that Rona no longer keep swimming pool chemicals.
I accepted the reason, the tall guy then turned his back on me, continued to talk to the girl, held up the receipt with his back to me like I was an inconvenience and couldn’t even bother to say thank you.
I work in the customer service industry and this really got my back up.
If I’m an inconvenience maybe I won’t bother next time.
The said employee needs a lesson in customer service or find another job more suited to his “ talents”

Tried to purchase a last year's 2022 lawn tractor but they wouldn't even throw in delivery to Halifax. Margins must be tight, tight, tight. Other than that, nothing note able either way.

Couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with Robert Bortolin at the Service Desk. He made every effort to get me the 6/3 underground wire required for my garage build and at the best price possible. I wish more businesses remembered that people won't necessarily remember what they paid, but they'll certainly remember how they were treated. In my case, I was treated excellent, and paid a great price compared to other retailers.

Went into the lumber yard to purchase propane, ended up sitting for 15 minutes watching an employee sleep in a forklift before I went home, don’t waste your time here.

The gentlemen who helped me and cut the lumber is awesome. Helped me out a ton and super friendly! Kudos

Wasted my time with late orders.
Lumber is in poor condition and overpriced. 0 attention to detail by staff.

Had what I needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was a icy slushy mess, but not much better anywhere else at the time. Will go back if I'm in the area again and need something

We just had a great customer service experience at this store, although it occurred because the online inventory listing was wrong! The staff were flexible and in the end we were able to buy what we needed at the lowest price. Overall we left very happy and satisfied with our purchase!

Called this morning to check on the availability of an item. Colin was super helpful. Drove up from the valley to pickup what I had called about. While we were there, we scored some great deals. Got home, made another call to Colin and, again, superb customer service. Headed back tomorrow to get our stuff. Huge thank you to Colin!

We tried curbside pickup 4 times, it's a disorganized mess. Lots of confusion, repeated calls, and wasted time.

Lots of options to press buttons (#'S) to be put through to different departments when you call the store. BUT NONE OF THEM WORK. You can't even stay on the line or be put through to CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Small store, but has lots to offer for a persons home. Just wish they had more variety of Lowes products.

Staff is always present and helpful. I ordered 50 - 12" x 1/2 carriage bolts and they were out of stock but had them brought in the very next day. Couldn't ask for better service.

I purchased a lawn tractor - a young lady -Johanna & young man Corbin went out of their way to help my husband & I -they explained the features & “sold” us the tractor - it was close to closing time on a Saturday evening - That didn’t keep them from taking us to see all the tractors & answering all my husbands questions. We are very happy with our purchase & super impressed with the service!

Not sure why I continue to shop at this store as I always leave empty handed and disappointed. They never have what I need.

I go here regularly, and they have a good mix of knowledgeable staff with not so knowledgeable ones, the ones that dont know though are good to get someone who does. They tend to say hello when I come in, and if I look to be wandering they'll often stop whatever they're doing and ask if I need anything. Usually I'm not wandering but looking to see what's on sale or clearance. Still appreciate their efforts though.

I drove 60km round trip to get the 15 present off for &100.sales I had over 100. At cash out. Part of it was 10bags of pellets that you didn't have! So I didn't get the 15 present off. Not Very Happy and may never be back!
