Royal View Apartments

I would like to see this people who wrote this terrible comments, because if the biggest problem for them is scratch on the refrigerator, I think it's hard for them to live in this world. And I want to say thanks to Barb and Susan for this chance to live hear

We have lived here for the year and a half now after selling our home. This is a well kept, well managed building. The superintendent Barb is always cleaning and cares about her tenants. The owners are always looking after the concerns of the building and are always on top of things especially when it comes to snow removal. The only complaint I would have is from other tenants in the surrounding buildings parking in the visitor spots designated for this building and tenants from other buildings that thinks it’s ok to bring their dogs into the back of this building for their dogs to do their business even after being told by the superintendent not to be there. This building has alot of long term tenants which to me is a testament of a good place to live. If you are a noisy tenant that wants to live here do yourself and the tenants in here a favour and live somewhere else. If you want to live in a nice quiet well kept and managed building then this building could be for you.
