RPM Cycle

After a disappointing experience with Pro cycle, I decided to give RPM Cycle a shot and they exceeded my expectations. While I was initially quoted 10 hours for a repair at the former (Pro Cycle), RPM Cycle confidently assured me of a much quicker turnaround. True to their word, my bike was ready in just under ONE hour. Their efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. If you're searching for top-notch service, look no further than RPM Cycle. Highly recommended!

Dropped my bike off to get carbs tuned. 8 days later suddenly they said the bike has no spark. Fast forward almost 6 weeks and $800 later and a cdi unit that wasn't needed that can't be returned I get the bike back and it ran horribly. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Lost the summer riding bike and still had to tune the bike myself. The owner continued to tell me different stories then the mechanics. Just sharing my experience which was far from good.

Almost never answer the phone, but they are busy. Always friendly in store and helpful. Had no problems, and my go to for last 8 riding seasons.

We are from Vancouver Island and rode across North America, before shipping the bikes to Iceland from Newfoundland and now back to Halifax. My BMW was in desperate need of sprockets and a chain. My husband's needed tires before we started back to Vancouver Island. We called ahead and Barry had the tires put aside. My parts were ordered in. We called again once the bikes arrived and we had an approximate date, pending customs clearance etc. Within a few hours after we showed up at the shop we were on our way again, all done and well priced! Thanks to Barry, Dylan and the mechanic who coined hubby's bike a " Clydesdale "for getting on and off. We really appreciated you keeping us on the road!

I’m not one to usually leave reviews this is a matter of a fact my first, but the professionalism and the way they personally make you feel not as a number is outstanding. I was in a hurry for work and they did up my oil and fixed up my chain within a more than satisfactory time. I can promise you if you are worriesome about your first time going here you’ll be treated like a true customer with the top of the line mechanics to be there for you, good stuff guys.

The more I go to RPM Cycle the more I appreciate how knowledgeable and fair they are. Won't be going anywhere else. Thanks guys

Worst experience I've had in Dartmouth. They don't communicate about anything. You have to hope they have the vehicle ready when you go to pick it up. Front desk was indolent and unfriendly. If you have a vehicle you don't care about then this is the place to go.

I was looking for a new purchase at the time and really, the sales team missed out. Although when I’m looking for a new purchase I rely on the salesperson to be somewhat knowledgeable.

They repaired my bike and safety, wouldn't turn over, and start. The guys were friendly people, and the work was pretty good. Overall, I'm happy with the workMm

I'm getting my bike safetied at the shop. Very helpful staff working there. Good place to get your bike serviced and very knowledgeable.
