Went in and chatted with the staff. He was very kind to my very busy grandson who was 'shopping' with me.
Left with a pair of Hokas.

Bruce was so knowledgeable and helped me find the right pair of everyday and running shoes for me. He took the time to explain different options and models. It's rare to find people who know their stuff like this!

New to running, never got the salesmen's name but he set me up with a pair or running shoes after describing my issues and they were an excellent fit. Thank you for a positive experience

I've never seen anything so bad. I'm a marathon runner myself and can judge. Selection, quality, furnishings and smells.underground. Don't enter.

One of the best store I have ever visited. The service provided was awesome. The Mr who was attending me was so humble and generous. I got enough suggestions and also assisted me to purchase the best pair of shoes. I was worried if I could find a good one because I was suffering from aches and pains recently due to wear and tear of old shoe. I bought the best one. Splendid service and delighted a lot. Worst salesperson Ive met in my life.
Highly judgemental guy. Even asked why do I like colours in shoes? Like it’s his problem?
I asked twice to try another pair but he had his own strong opinions about what is ok to wear in an urban environment or not, generalizing people that they buy shoes to not use them to run or workout.hello?
Anyway, you lost my sale; I was hot and ready to swipe!
